You can also use alcohol and VPC (virtual PC) to test the image before you go ahead and do the actual reinstall just mount the image to alcohols virtual CD/DVD rom and run VPC

Alcohol 120% has an image burning wizard just select the ISO nLite made and use the default alcohol settings

I found something like nLite that can make a unatended CD, add Ryans Update Packs and Addons and also split the ISO over multiple CDs. But its not as good as nLite. http://www.vitaligraf.de/en/ EDIT: $h!t dosnt work

nLite alredy made it bootable all you need to do is use the Image Burning Wizard from Roxio

Id say go with Ryans Its a pesonal decision, it has Flash, DirectX updates and other good stuff and he removed WGA and created a seperate addon for it so you have the choice. BTW dont forget to update Mplayer 9 to 10 (if you havent removed it using nLite)

Instead of adding the hotfixes one by one use RyanVMs UpdatePack Here are the nLite Instructions This is much easier, and the updatepack with all the post SP2 hotfixes and updates is only 35 megabites, (you need the latest version of nLite to use this updatepack because its .7z file extention) Download nLite v1.0.1 Here
