  1. Anyone knows a good,small and free image-editor that can import color-pallettes (*.pal), like PSP can? It doesn't need to have effects or a built-in image browser. Simple color-correction and color-replacing functions are all I need.
  2. I removed most 16/256 color icons and all the ones bigger than 48x48. I only tested it in VMWare, but didn't notice any speed-increasement. I may run some benchmarks and see if there are increasments.

  8. I tried it myself and it did work. Well, there are to small things I haven't figured out (yet): 1. How to make Aston the default shell (unattended) 2. Some icons are messed up (missing), which afterwards can be easily fixed Also I am having troubles opening control panel. I get a errormessage about batmeter.dll being needed. So I guess that means that Aston needs the Battery-drivers, which I removed with nLite.
  9. Try cleaning your Temporary Internet Files. Control Panel->Internet Options->General
  10. Use Opera or Firefox. They are much better in managing passwords.

  19. It's VPC. VPC emulates hardware and comes with it's own drivers.
