  1. Why are you posting the same question twice using different headers?
  2. You can use tweaks for Home and Pro unless being noted that a specific tweak only applies to Home or Pro.
  3. I don't see why not. Hell, it could be used with a standard non-unattended install CD the way it's set up to run Just tested this method in combination with Gosh's method and it worked. Well, I had to copy the svcpack-folder back to i386 afterwards. Because it was removed during Gosh's method.
  4. You might wanna remove your Nero6 serialnumber Did you install in VMware/VirtualPC or for Real?
  5. Can this pack be used in combination with Gosh's Secret Of Reducing Size Of Source?
  6. The tcpip.sys is unpatched. I believe RyanVM wanted this pack to be as genuine as possible (regarding the hotfixes).
  7. @RyanVM, first of all: great work! I really like the Lite-Pack. My question: Can I customize your Pack? Because I install Flash using the Shockwave Player 10.1 and Flash Player 7 installation package. What should I remove from the Pack, so Flash isn't in it anymore? And can I grab makecab from the Full-Pack and add it to my CD? Does it need any entries in the infs or in the registry? Keep up the great work
  8. The download link to the full pack also refers to the lite pack.
  9. Does that mean we don't need svcpack.inf anymore? And is this right?: 1. Slipstream SP2 2. Add RyanVM Windows XP SP2 Update Pack 3. Use nLite to slim down your XP 4. Make iso
  10. Did you look here:??? http://unattended.msfn.org/xp/space_saving_tips.htm and here:??? http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showforum=89
  11. Configure OE however you want it, add your own rulez, change the paths to your storefolder and wab and then extract following registry keys: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities] [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Account Manager] [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express] This way all your OE settings are saved and ready for a Unattended CD
  12. Look here: http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=29198 and here: http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=29199
  13. There have to be 2 \\ !!!! This works for me: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\WAB\WAB4\Wab File Name] @="G:\\Outlook Express\\Book.wab" Change it to whereever you want.
  14. Open OE, go to : tools->options->maintenance->Store Folder. Change it to were you want and extract following registry keys and add them to your regtweaks.reg: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities] [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Account Manager] [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express] This way all your OE settings are saved and ready for a Unattended CD
  15. Download the latest drivers from nvidia.com and try again. Or download the drivers from your graphicscard-manufacturer site.
  16. You could try hacking explorer.exe using resource hacker. I believe the "find" part is in the menu-section.
  17. Give some more info: what files did you add? why did you use txtsetup.sif to add your own files?
  18. You could also make them sp2-compatible yourself, using restorator. Just save the avi, bitmap, cursor and icon sources from the modified files from the sp1-shellpacks and use them to replace the resources in the sp2-files. It only takes a few minutes. This way I was able to make some of my favourite sp1-shellpacks sp2 compatible. Like the beos, fedora, crystal packs.
  19. Looking good But why shouldn't I use the included sfc_os.dll? Not that I would have, but I am just curious.
  20. You can win MUCH more by using nLite.
  21. Thanks for your tip. Now I can access macromedia.com again But adobe.com and wincustomize still don't work
  22. Finally got the file! I asked my brother to download it for me.
  23. I can't even open www.macromedia.com By the way: www.adobe.com also doesn't work. All other sites DO work.
