  1. I have edited the topic title to reflect the actual question.
  2. You might get better results with a different topic title.
  3. Now that you have Windows 98 maybe you can try out qBASIC!
  4. Well... this is the funny farm and all. First thing I thought of was this:
  5. Now this is a different thing. You can create a topic in the Win9x forum about the problems you are experiencing with your sound card in DOS or Win98. We'll leave this topic here regarding MGDX website not working.
  6. To the section about websites of course! EDIT: I left the redirect on the original thread location because the user is new. In the Win9x forum it does show the redir thread has 0 views.
  7. Where exactly did you get diruse.exe from? If it is from Server 2003, you can see if there is a 64bit binary available in Server 2003 64bit edition.
  8. We can't do all the work for you, but maybe point into some directions. For example, the answer to your initial question is that instead of using 2 scripts, use one. With one you can read and store data in a variable to be used in another function. Some links you can check out: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd315394.aspx http://www.powershellpro.com/powershell-tutorial-introduction/variables-arrays-hashes/
  9. The only concerns of using a DVD to VGA adapter is that some displays do not like the signal and won't show a picture. But if it works, its fine. I use those adapters pretty much everywhere because all my monitors have VGA ports.
  10. Registered to TEST? I would certainly notify the site administrator to do their job right.
  11. I am to think that Jorge's PSU has these 2 2x2 (4pin) connectors this way for compatibility with the 8 pin CPU power connectors. Whichever fits, I say. If you are unsure, try the power on test minus HDDs and see what happens. Regarding CPU power connectors, the board won't POST without them, even if the main ATX board connection is connected. I call this "fans on but no picture on the TV."
  12. Hmmm if I were to guess... I'd guess that little box is basically a firewall that blocks traffic based on a blacklist of known advertising domains. If that is what it is, then presuming you have another computer (surely, it wouldn't need to be beefy) you could do the same thing. It is a similar concept to using the HOSTS file to block domains, however that isn't efficient once you add a large amount of entries. The main difference likely is that the device may end up updating itself to add new domains to block... Either that or the blacklist it uses is stored somewhere on the internet already, meaning it wouldn't need to update.
  13. Oh and I forgot the most important thing when replacing a PSU. You will need some zip ties so that your new PSU cables do not go into any fans!
  14. Of course, Disk IDs like 07 are for MBR disks, not GPT. GPT uses GUIDs as you found out.
  15. Windows is considering these devices to be like a NAS. I found many different things that could be tried. Take a look see yourself and see if you find anything that works. I searched these terms in google: windows 8.1 remember credentials nas
  16. Cut it out. The developers choose what they want to do and how they do it.
  17. Can you give more information on these media players? What are they exactly?
  18. Welcome to the MSFN!
  19. NVidia NV1 Windows 95 Multimedia Accelerator Software Development Kit 1.50 http://www.vogonsdrivers.com/getfile.php?fileid=706
  20. I don't know. That car looks pretty sweet.
  21. Andre, is it this error that was corrected? http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/170783-explorer-application-error-on-restart-in-server-2012-r2/
  22. It seems all the talk here about the TP is people testing Bigmuscle and Tihiy's add-ons. Everyone else seems to have posted "I tried it once for 10 minutes and this is what I think" and that's the end of it. Well... except Noel who has at least installed an update.
