Me. My partitions were C:\ [labeled MY_DOCS] D:\ [WVISTAB2] E:\ [WXPH] F:\ [WXPP] Of course, wxph was winxp home and wxpp was windows xp pro. wvistab2 was windows vista and guess what my_docs were. After formatting [WXPP] , directly formatting, not deleting and creating. C:\ [WXPP] (yay, my most used boot partition is back to C:\ ) D:\ [WXPH] E:\ [WVISTAB2] F:\ [MY_DOCS]

What do u mean Edit they are the links to the programs. It's not as if windows copied and pasted the exe's into the startmenu\programs or something.

The ua guide in my sig says everything. Switches tell a program what to do. e.g. put spyware doctor setup as sdsetup in C:\ press start>run>C:\sdsetup.exe /SILENT>OK and it will install silently w/out any user intervention.

Integrate doesn't directly overwrite the files. It puts a different copy there incase the integration fails. but it takes up 15mb more space, no good when installuing from usb stick.

Or maybe in RyanVm integrator, in advanced options, he chose to remove all .cat files?

No way to stop it. That's because the driver isn't digitally signed for windows xp, ie it hasn't been tested for winxp. Usually it has but it either hasn't been signed by microsoft yet or microsoft don't offer driver signing for that type of device.

I tried. Dual booting MSDOS and XP might be an idea. Or you could format a floppy disk as a MSDOS startup disk. But that won't go to ur harddrive but a floppy disk.

Make a new folder called Apple in Program files. Also make one called iTunes. Reboot in safe mode and log on as admin. Rightclick Apple folder>properties>somewhere there, u can set permissions for it, in this case, make it forbid write access for all users. Same for iTunes folder. When they try to install it, they will get errors and if they get errors, it willl rollback and won't install.
