hi thank you for your reply i meant in windows itself, i chose windows to support hebrew as well. the interface and everything else is in english ofcourse

when i first install xp using nlite i got the message hal.dll is missing or corrupted (right after copying the installation files to the HD) and that i need to copy it again a restart (and then re-install of windows using the nlite) fixed this issue what can be the problem?

hi 1) ryan update pack is now in 7zip format and not cab, nlite wont have a problem with that? 2) i have chosen to have hebrew and after the installation i did have the option to press alt+shift to change to herbew, but when actually typing, the characters were in english, what did i miss? thanks

i didnt mean to offend ryan for his excellent work ofcourse i just meant that i can always use windows update for more fixes that are in ryan's pack but also with lots of other things that i might not need unless ofcourse i can filter those things out in the installation process

thanks for your answer i guess i will prefer to use only the critical updates instead of the all package and have things i dont need i can always use windows update site after finishing the installation

some more info, since its for my friend: he wants to get the engine of a forum so he can install on his server and "play" with it and edit it. check out invision power board's website they offer it - what is the address? also just get server with php 5 support and download ipb v2 - where can i find it ?
