wow360, I just experienced the same issue with x64 not detecting the hdd and it will be fixed in next version (at least VIA SATA RAID V but since it's generic it may fix others too).

nLite doesn't delete that file, check if somehow you deleted it or you're not using proper installation cd, like some recovery or oem version.

I have some important news for the unworking gals... Since I got the RAID hdds...yey finally...it seems that my VIA SATA 64bit integration isn't working properly, no hdds detected. I fixed it manually and will put to next nlite, so that may fix some others too, who knows. I'm talking here about 64bit, 32bit worked great for me.

Well, I usually first collect all the bugs then sort by priority then try them, then fix if confirmed. So in essence if I don't fix it by the next version let me know. I hope it's a bug, for your sake

While I do like this tweak there is just too many variables, not to mention the 0001 at the end meaning it's the first drive, what if this, what if that...simply it's better to just apply it when you need it and you know what you're doing.
