You mean you haven't got Automatic Updates on? Set them to on or try this: right click on My Computer ---> Properties ---> Automatic Updates and check the item "Download the updates for me, but let me choose when to install them" Come back if the problem persists.
Can you post a screenshot? You may try this and see if it works: Right click on Start button ---> Properties ---> Start Menu ---> Customize ---> Advanced. Scroll down and check the item thar reads "Scroll Programs". Hope it works. Cheers!
Right click on My Computer ---> Manage ---> Disk Management. See if your removable storage is present there. If it is, right click on it and assign a letter.
If your Volume License doesn't state the number of PC's you may install windows on, then you`re safe, no need to have OEM version installed. Taking that you have the media the volume licence key corresponds to, you may install that on your new pc's.
