hey because there are lots of options I was thinking of the ini method u know this way ppl will set up the ini and from then on they won't have to change it... and they won't have to put quotations or make spelling errors or stuff like that. it would be like visualization = 1; videosupport = 0; this that =1; when u put these on to the cmdline it looks UGLY! and long i'm still trying to find good stuff on it. i'm reading lots of stuff but i don't yet have the time to do it..... well if u have an idea to reduce it without losing the components thats cool

well i've included every optional component in the msi file that's what i've been working on. alanoll i think just wants audio video component. in my original msi u're very much have the ability to install it/or not install it. (and yes I've an option in there for just installing nsv, without avi/mpg etc..)

yea its possible get winrar/install it open the cab with winrar. just drag the file to the existing cab...

ow in that case with the software that came with your printer/scanner u should be able to scan and then fax the scanned image with xp fax. my printer's drivers include an option to open up a program and save the file size and image properties so that its more suitable with faxing. though i don't have any programs that does what u're looking for. i'm sure google or download.com will have something. now that we know what u're looking for i think even someone might have a program for it.

never heard of an app called hserver. is this on xp? if so maybe its spyware? try remove it.. by spy bot etc..

I was looking forward for an option like this!! the physics of the game seems nice and demo only lets u see 3 different challenges. but it seems to have moooore. grab the demo wait for the full version

hi there i was having problems with my color ink. i had purchased a new color ink. when i put it in the printer it had recognized it and i was able to print. well just recently it started not to work. i called tech support. they made me take out and put the stupid ink 6 times (i don't see the point) anyways. they told me its defected and I've 2 options 1. get it repaired 2. buy a new printer. then i went on and said i want it to be repaired. they forwarded me to a number and the guy said they don't handle the printers? okay fine i called them up again to wtf was going on, just that moment some number called me. (lexmark retention team or something) asked my how old my printer was. well older than 1 year. so they said no warranty for u. i asked my options. 1. to get it repaired 2. buy a new printer. to get it repaired through lexmark, it will cost me $277 frigging dollars. and I bought this printer for $99 (came with my laptop) so i don't see any reason why i should pay $277 just to get it repaired. I had been wondering why they have been saying get a new one. now i see the reason.!! **** tech support! does anyone know how to fix this problem I'm thinking the chips on the reader of the cartige is broken or something? does anyone know how to fix or where to get it fixed or something? (i'm in central pa) and i've things to print ATTENTION: Don't u break your printer ever!!!! Thanks

the only way i can think of having those components back is to save the folders created by the batch files and have semicolon (; )'s before the removed file names in txtsetup.sif and dosnet.inf. (only if (; ) works in dosnet and txtsetup. otherwise for each of the removed component u'd need a different dosnet and txtsetup and in some cases a new inf file for that modified inf. better yet do this. if space is not important. only modify the inf's so that the components don't get installed but the files get copied. (so modify the inf's so that it doesn't install anything, but since txtsetup and dosnet will have those files, they'll be copied to the hdd). then if u need to install those components, grab the backup inf (unmodified version of the inf) and run it. I don't know if this makes sense to u. but it surely works I know. i agree about the " >>" , don't know about lowercase.

ok dude they are for SP1 not SP2 do u even read this topic? I mean he is talking about making another remove batch files for sp2. be patient, let him do his thing. u'll get errors if u run a sp1 remove file with sp2. get a sp1 i386 folder and sp2 i386 folder look at them sp2 has billions of more files!. what u can do about that tour and messenger. open those inf's that contain the tour and messenger look for the copy parameter. modify the inf and delete those files from the i386 folder, txtsetup.sif file and dosnet.inf!!! if this is too much trouble for u pls wait for his release.!!!!!!!
