Hi Gunnar, that's because MS changed some settings of the AutoUnattended.XML. vLite creates the old Vista Settings and now Setup fails. Install the RC WAIK to see the changes.

vLites stops it! Use a Sp2 integrated Image as source and create a new DVD and reinstall your Windows again.

you have the wrong WIMGAPI.dll inside your vLite folder. You need the x86 version of the DLL.

You can't use vLite to slipstream Sp2.

I don't know what his problem is, but Sp2 is not RTM. Latest RTM candidate Build is 6002.18004.
