  1. Sleep.exe is in the tools folder. (Unless you deleted that) Please let me see the wpi_log from the root drive. Did you nlite your disk? If yes let me see your preset also.
  2. kelsenellenelvian @ gmail .com <-- Take the spaces out or some temp repository like rapidshare would be fine.
  3. Ussually you can use Universal extractor or navigate to your %temp% dir and start the installer to find the msi. Lots of .exe's are actually repackaged .MSI files.... Edit: I just tried and yes it is a repackaged .msi file...
  4. Typing of the dead? j/k
  5. "%wpipath%\Install\O2003\SETUP.exe" TRANSFORMS=Setup.mst /qb Try it without the second set of quotes please Other than that make sure you have the files placed right. Also: prog[pn]=['579 User Account Pictures']; No dooky? Could you upload those? I am also deleting your attachment as you left your nero serial in it.
  6. Sh*tLoads of them look on ebay and newegg. You can get over 500 gig ones!
  7. IE7 addon = http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4847 SP3 Update Pack = http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5687 Find the reg entry for this one and add a deletion form of it to your runonce entries.
  8. Here is a small tutorial on how to add an app to WPI! Ok this is a sample (Very simple) configuration for CCleaner (A.K.A Crap Cleaner) This assumes you have all of the WPI files either in the WPI folder at the root of your Windows cd or all of the WPI folders (Common, Graphics, WPIScripts, Tools, Install and Themes) and the file WPI.hta at the root of your cd. Remember this is just the most basic and required entries for a program! #1 Download the app and place it in the WPI\Install Folder. (CCleaner.exe in this example) #2 Run WPI.hta and click on the "Config" button\Icon area. #3 Choose the button at the very top above the config section that says "Add" #4 Enter in the name section "CCleaner" <--No quotes! Then click on any other section of the config area to activate the rest of the wizard. #5 You will notice the Unique ID section gets automatically configured for you. #6 All apps are selected to be installed by default right from the start so if you don't want it selected by default you must uncheck this box. Also you can decide if you want this app to be a "Forced Install" or not. #7 Choose a category for your app to be displayed in. If you want the app to be displayed in a category you don?t see simply chose other and a box will appear that will allow the entry of you choice. #8 In the Command 1 section click on the little folder icon and browse to the WPI\Install folder and select the CCleaner.exe installer, this will place the full path to the installer in the commandline. #9 Add the necessary switches for the program to run silently i.e. "%wpipath%\Install\CCleaner.exe" /s (This can be easily done for most standard apps by simply clicking on the USSF button on the far right of the commandline.) #10 Select the Save and then the Exit buttons and you have now configured your first app! Afterwards you can use an app like nLite, vLite, CDImageGUI or the Makeiso program included in the tools archive to make your CD w\WPI bootable again. MakeIso.exe = Adds "make bootable iso" to the right click menu of folders. It is a silent installer so DO NOT click on it 50x a simple double click is all that is need to install it. It can be uninstalled from the add\remove programs menu! Just go to the "Source" folder (The one that contains I386 and WPI) and right click then select MakeISO...
  9. Innosetup and istool http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php
  10. 1 = SP3 2 = IE7 + Fix\Fixes 3 = WMP11 + Fixes. To do SP3 last is not right as it will overwrite the existing WMP11 and IE7 files.
  11. Print it and put the second page back into the printer? Select print and choose only print page 1 12x or however many you need? I usually just click on the second page and keep hitting backspace till it goes away.
  12. That might not be a question for here. Programming a vbs or batch script is for other areas of the forum. Once you do get the script or batch file it is very easy to add to WPI.
  13. Oh thats easy just put them in a winrar sfx file. When executed it will bring up dialog asking where you want the files to be extracted to.
  14. I would have it as the LAST wpi entry. Plus WPI most likely will not run again on the system. Yeah it will install though. Sure thats the right last session? It's pretty much empty
  15. DO NOT mention warez!!! You can be banned for it. Do you have nero 7 installed? You are the first to report this error in a looooong time. There are a couple of rare apps that mess with the html engine. Nero 7 being one and nLite in a couple of ways can. What are your errors? Post your last session file please.
  16. "%wpipath%\install\FrontPage\setup.exe" TRANSFORMS=Unattended.mst /qn You were missing a quote and adding the switch sometimes helps....
  17. .net cannot be slipstreamed it can only be added....
  18. OK so you say install regular = setup.exe runs fine right? But a compressed install with a mst file fails? Why compress the files? You can call the setup directly form WPI like so: %wpipath%\install\office\setup.exe TRANSFORMS=Unattended.mst
  19. OH it depends on the app. Most apps you cannot denote the path without using a script like auto-it. :S (Gets pretty hard there) As for the ones that can you can try /? to see the way to do it.
  20. You removed IE6 with nlite? Something has broken the association. Any regtweaks? ALso if you look on the website and main release post you will see that there is pre made packages for starting WPI from a UA cd....
  21. You can use execute after to execute the reg file alone! Just put the whole path in there like so = regedit /s %wpipath%\install\hklm.reg <-- that way no ugly command windows As long as the main interface shows and the installer starts with firefox set as your main browser then there shouldn't be any issue. Do you have the install log? (It should be at the root of your main drive...)
  22. ie browser and ie core. DOO NOT remove these. The reg files is a known bug with WPI setting double quotes for them. You simply need to remove the quotes from the regbefore\after section. (Fixed in the next release) We all reboot at certain times "(i reboot after install, don't ask)" no need to ask You can use execute after to execute the reg file alone! Just put the whole path in there like so = regedit /s %wpipath%\install\hklm.reg <-- that way no ugly command window
  23. Have you modified any WPI files? Did you nLite and remove anything from your disk? Have you set another browser as default? (Prolly not an issue though)
