yes this msfn addiction is something .but ived gotten more education here in 6 months then any wannabee techie friend could offer.so i salute the brave men and women here who devote their time to the betterment of oses and the tweaks fixes service pack etc.keep on rockin in the free world.

he gots more projects going on then them guys in redmond .too bad its all talk no screenshots no hard evience just some guy saying a lot showing nothing.i dont get it ,trying to be a big fish in the forums lol .look mikey where the prove provide screenshots .and get a haircut.

with mitchellvison at the helm were sure to crash lol. gee i wonder if xp programs will work on 95 with mikey magic kernel lol ..2 much .at lease make a pack for 95 with all the updates fixes you know the works because im setting my time machine to 1995 and i want the best os outhere holmes.

bite your tonque 98 lives its one of the most active forums.in the win2000 forum there is a few project right up your alley check it out..

here a list of installation i use. 1-install 98se os 2-install ie6sp1 3-install dx9c 4-install all motherboard/hardware drivers=sound video etc etc. 5-install sp2.2 . and thats how its done some people mix up the order its a personal taste.so enjoy the wonderful world of sps.

become of it?theres still thousand of people using 98se and 2000 and because it will require a high end pc im sure many will continue to use xp updated for years to come.

i love tab browsers and i like ie7 . i know people will need time to get use to it probably resist the change because ie 6 and before all used the same basic design since win 95 but in closing the final should be good so long firefox bye bye opera .

run it in compatibilty mode which allows u to use any os

I think thats a great idea,i just installed ie7b1 on my xpsp2 box and it looks good,tab browsing etc etc,and i,d love to see it implemented into a win 9x version. reminds me of a guy who adapted windows media player 7.1 to work in win 95 and it did i tryed it so i,m sure someone more code savy trying it now.as far as firefox opera etc. i like them but dont like downloading all the plugins ,where ie is good to go.i believe you could in corporate the browseui.dll and tab fuction but probably not the phishing and popup blocker but who knows once a man figure how to add me files to 98se his name ?the legend mgdx .

here here. i agree true microsoft dlls etc. and no filler,once u add too many cosmedic changes .average home users get scare i mean people who just use a pc and no little about the inside of windows. as far as 100 pcs using windows 98 i think that great because if it does the job why upgrade the cost factor. gapes i dont no whats left to do to sp2 but keep up the great work.

change your boot up order to d/c/a boot sequence and save setting.

our you trying to make a live cd rescue cd or just xpsp2 setup on cd?

rc=release canadate meaning almost the final version so of course use sp2 final .
