i agree kartel ,theres alot u can do on 98se sure its not xp but u strip down xp go classic theme etc u basically have 98se but with a 9x kernel.

miko right .sure im a bit of a modder i like tech but alot my friend dont care what os they run as long as theres internet explorer yahoo msn messager and a few games work etc so 98se is adqueate.

i think your one man crusade to rid the planet of the evil dos infected 9x family.Whether a game maker decides to make it all platform is added up to cost it cost very little the installers there check box orcra msi editior does it matter .you dont lose fuction performance on a game because of the installer u knob.win98se is what it is we try to make it better for the 9x fans which is why were in a9x forum.sure program could be made for a xp forum i think its called nlite lol but were in here to save 9x not praise xp u tard.Have a nice day.

ived had the same problem only on nlite cds i made .im sure its not me but i made one just adding my key and still happen but never on a full install and believe me ived install xp more times than a nlite post .lol

why not use 98se its only really been since 2003 2004 the companys are shifting to xp only installer but u gotta love 3rd party patches appz lol. so many people playing classic games and small business stuff works 98se 4ever.

i say 98se 4ever baby.why because the classic games work its speedy and if i need to play gta san andreas im beat without ddr ram or a wickit video card which is more money.my 2 cents.

there was a time i had to switch back to 98se because of hardware drivers only worked on 98se lol what a horrible 20 minutes i cryed i weeped nashing of the teeth then i switch video cards and hello luna.Luna aint so bad if you watch fisher price commericals with your 3yr old.lol Seriously i use the royal theme.and i got neptune to install first try but 2000 still hates me. P.S i like 98se dont flame me mgdx lol j/k whos up next?
