  13. Not true if you say that it' doesn't have to update the game automaticly. And mostley if you do an install form cd or dvd this will be the case. True, but by default it updates automatically unless specified.

  16. I've made a big update to it now, go check it!
  17. Patches are downloaded automatically through steam, so if it was downloading a patch he wouldnt be able to play the game, it would say availible to play in x minutes.

  22. Lagtastic. I do it in frustration soemtimes. I find it cheaper to do that then to bang the monitor, or kick the case. And less dangerous than throwing the mouse across the room...as it always comes back as its a corded one....doh
  23. I think its down to the fact that more people have had more problems wuth Maxtors than any other manufacture. Me, Ive always had problems with Maxtor internal drives, yet ive got an external maxtor drive which ive had for YEARS! shared on network, works likes a charm! (watch it die tonight, LOL) But maxtor internals....big no from me, i go WD or Seagate.
