probabilly a bug in the program. u can try the new release from this week.

microsoft support is great when u can understand what they talk. most of them are form india and i am sorry to say they speak real bad english....

media player 10 is made that way so u can't open it in ie. i think is a security feature.

like u mean that windows longhorn will be sp3 for xp?? first of all every new windows is new.... mean it comes with new features compare with the old one.so a new win can not be a service pack......

start>settings>control panel>power option. here i think u find what u looking for...

go into the bios setup and see the order of booting there. it should be sata first.

sp2 brakes things when is installed over a previous instalationof winxp. if u slipstream it also with the last updates (i recommand ryanvm packs) it works great. don't listen to any rumors......

use thunderbird from mozilla.

i supose that u have an iso. i burn it on a dvd using dvd decrypter. hoe to do it: start dvd decrypter click mode>iso>write then just indicate the program where u have the iso an hit the burn button. that is it..... tried and worked!!!

for general files like .avi or .mp3 or some others u can use dfx plugin. u find it here: www.fxsound.com. or for dvd movies only if u use wmp u can use ac3filter.

well it looks just like clasic 32bit win xp. it just runs a lttle bit faster then the 32bit version. the only problem is the drivers on 64 bit cause they are just like win 64bit beta.....

u did not say what kind of tweaks.... sis u use a program or just edited your registry?

it runs slow cause adds new things to your windows. of course it is recomended to slipstream sp2 and shrink it with nlite.

it might work. but like other people said it is risky. so it is recommended to do a fresh install.
