And what if the board has no PS/2 ? I was offered a dirt cheap board in an almost new condition . That m0ronic board only has USB3.0 and sata . So my IDE DVD ROM from 2007 wil not work . Yes , I know about installing on another PC . But not so convenient ... is there a way to feed the unsigned drivers ? Or maybe release MSFN signed drivers for MSFN members only . Thanks.

You're welcome ! I was in a similar position with my old GTX 780 . Even though it had B1 revision chip (that supposed to support 11.1, like on the Ti version) , Nvidia simply blocked 11.1 to meet the specs of the original GTX 780 ! What a surprise !)))) In my experience, it's very hard to find an 11.1 card in the 700 series . Titan has only 11.0 . Only the 780 "Ti" supposed to have it .

So delete this junk , maybe ? Looks like crapware , if Vista works without it . Again , I searched through the registry and I have no such folder , yet Vista works just fine !

Did you compare different versions ? And how old is Dixel's ? Also , what is this "ESENT" folder ? I do not have this folder on my system at all ?!?!?

Not seeing any of those in Dixel's version . Starting from the loader , of course ! This screnshot (took it while the browser is open). Most are empty and/or meaningless. ESENT is absent at all . Yes , it has some settings , like fonts etc , but they look innocent to me.

We'll definitely need this sooner than most think.

Hi , since "tips and tricks" for Vista is locked , could someone tell me an easy way (reg fix?) on how to completely disable "Performance" Monitor on Vista . I know how to do it for HDD , but I want to get rid of this anti-feature and turn it OFF completely , thank you. I know there's third party software for it , I just prefer a regfix. I hope @jaclaz already knows it !

Dear NotHereToPlayGames, where did I say I'm not using the loader ? I'm assuming you're talking about me too ? And BTW , I think I found the culprit . The search engines begin to add/restore the chinese junk due to the stupid chrome's "add search engines" function , discussed here earlier . It doesn't matter how to lauch (loader or not) it will still add new search engines and this breaks your "soft-added" google to the initial profile.

Yes , I know but I was able to convince @Dixel to help me out and strip them down . Also , he fixed all default search engines in the dll for me. And now he is (busy ?, I dunno) . I have normal searches in 13.5 . So when you suggested 2206 I went to use it , I just forgot that yours still has that chinese junk and I was like hell what the ... Anyways , I love you man , I'm not "fighting" , as you might say . At least two different people from d two ifferent countries with (obviously different IPs) and even without extensions can't have the same let's call it "bug" just out of the blue . Agree ?
