  1. Thanks for this, wasn't aware of it, sorry. Yeah, I now tested it again on Firefox 45 ESR after putting the 3 files in its root folder, and setting the settings you mentioned, and wow.... indeed a very ugly sound distortion unfortunately appears. Happens on both IA32 & SSE builds.
  2. I actually have never used Firefox 45 ESR, my main browsers have always been St52 & St55 (both browsers serve me well), but I did a test in Firefox 45 ESR (IA32 build & SSE build as well), just for you. Now, for your question: No, I am not experiencing it. Tested on both XP and 7 VMs. And yes, I am testing on the latest Firefox 45 ESR version, both IA32 & SSE builds, version 2023-08-26. Edit: Disregard this report, it's wrong. It's because I was lacking the codecs that are provided below my post. Actually, where did you get these codecs from? And do I also put them in Firefox 45 ESR's folder?
  3. Hello, which build of Firefox 45 ESR did you use? IA32 build or SSE build?
  4. He means he wants to receive normal Windows updates (security and non-security updates), except feature updates. Also, yes, he did it actually, as the tool from @mjd79's post above helped in preventing Dietmar's device from receiving latest feature update (which updates to 22H2, the latest version at the moment) by just hiding it.
  5. Just how pedantic this website really is! Changing the A to lowercase in /authenticator/ makes the link work normally? Very funny and trivial, honestly! But thanks for the link! Nothing personal against you btw, don't worry.
  6. Ah, so it's version 3.5, as I thought. Ok, but this is the first time I hear about that patch, so at first I thought you installed an older version (version 2.0) because of the previous explorer toolbar icons. Thanks for clearing that up, sorry for any misleadings, and thanks again for sharing your setup! Much appreciated!
  7. That looks like an even older version of FlyakiteOSX (and not 3.5 as I thought), knowing the explorer toolbar icons. Anyway, thanks for sharing, and it sure looks awesome!
  8. Very beautiful! Off-topic, but is that FlyakiteOSX 3.5 you have installed by any chance?
  9. Hello, could you elaborate more? What is "a recurrent keyboard-tab command link by link"? I visited Gmail on latest St52 and pressed Page Down key and haven't encountered such thing. Maybe I misunderstood/missed something important. Also, does this happen when you are logged in or logged out on Gmail? Thanks!
  10. Python Software Foundation. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Python_Software_Foundation
  11. Yes, it's fixed since version 117.0.5859.0. (released Jul 2) "H.264 decoder (used for YouTube live streams, Twitch etc.)"
  12. Fortunately, this page didn't raise CPU usage to 100% when I visited it on St52 and St55.
  13. Good find, I had the same observations in St52 and St55.
  14. I'm very sorry this happens to you, roytam1.
  15. Hello @GeorgeM, welcome to MSFN! Yes, I'm sure you will get help and answers to your questions.
  16. @piotrhn Update: changing icon view is fixed in extended kernel v3.1j6, but unfortunately, in this version, comdlg32.dll and printui.dll are back to their Windows 2000 versions. (after they were Windows XP versions)
  17. No, I meant Google Chrome 115.0.5790.171 (64-bit) on my main system Windows 11. Sorry if I mislead you or anyone else, didn't mean to do this.
  18. Google Chrome 115.0.5790.171 (64-bit)
  19. From your link, scroll down until you see stunnel-win32-5.70-openssl-1.1.1u-installer.exe, then click on it: Then, click on the Download button:
  20. Actually, that link was already posted a year ago:
  21. Looks like this is Japanese language pack that you want to install.
  22. Finally, you fixed this error, thank you very much.
  23. It's archived in the Wayback Machine though: http://web.archive.org/web/20221201234530/http://browser-download.kfsafe.cn/MiniBrowserSetup.exe
  24. Why remove, when you could simply ask a moderator to move your post to the correct thread?
