Masks are not the cure but if everybody is ill around you are your are ill best to stay home and get in the shower and try to use b vitamins and vit c and your body will use what it needs and pee out the rest - while - Vit D and E is only fat soluble. Best get your levels checked by a doctor but need to ask them before taking over-the-counter meds.

Never a bad time to watch Jack :) Well ... not quite like that, but, yes, when a person is admitted into the hospital they have to usually take the meds but they play stupid serene stuff to make it happy and relaxed and there usually is not news anymore since that is such a trigger. I've been hospitalized more than a few times.

HI and Hello, Ponder. Well was what is is or so they say, she didn't say the right things but we had a good chat and she is nice to me, but she said I need to have hope and look into the future and I told her I see only failure and disaster but I backed it down otherwise they come to the office with a straitjacket, we not really unless you are always trying to hang yourself ... even though that did cross my mind more than a few time but I'd good that up likely. Well, I won't be too persistent as you may just need to have alone time but just you in the room with nobody to talk to and the situation when we are right here for you. But, otherwise, was not too bad and she sort of gets the situation but what can she (or anybody else) do, can't fix what isn't broken or is broken (I am broken), nobody and no pill can feel the fix, only to better clear the muddy waters and vision. Thant being said, I'm highly medicated right now and it sucks donkey dong. Well ... Ok: about 6:15 and dinner is over and I'm waiting for somebody to brink me coffee cake with coffee and look for something enjoyable on TV. Therapy sometimes is just pointless unless but Not always. My doctors know I'm online and this forum and I left AF and that was final but they don't know about the other computer forums, though, I have the same usernames across the forums.

Oops ... I mean my settings are reflecting that I'm blocking: the Camera, Notifications, Locations, and Microphone. Although, I only have external microphones and no camera anymore anyway and the location is only for maps (so I'm told) .

I reset them and they are gone.
