ya that is a good idea as long as you sell you stuff later on at the right time. like i sold my 7800gt in order to get an 8800gts, if i kept the 7800gt for another year, then either no one would want to buy it or i would have to sell it extremely cheap. i am now selling the rest of my hardware for some kick-a** intel gear, again if i were to sell a comp with ddr in another year..

ya i think that's may be happening to me, probably a driver issue tho. hopefully it will be fixed when i get my new motherboard.

just ordered the 620HX at newegg!!! 20$ coupon if you use paypal, the coupon might end in a few hrs so act fast. it comes out to $120 after mail-in-rebate and it's free shipping! i just don't see how anyone could go wrong for that price! but then again you could get the 520HX for under $100

dude 620W IS alot. your comp wont use anywhere close to that. and future hardware is becoming more power efficient. you could even get the 520HX and be fine.

lol, get the 620HX. i'll have it sometime next week, it really is a good psu. btw, how much do you love that monitor?

you would need and index.php file, so just rename your index.html to index.php having 1 header+footer will make your life extremely easy.

if you honestly dont care how much money you want spend, get the 8800GTS. it's a great card. i would suggest getting the 320mb version just to save money. those games you play will run perfectly on it. an 8600 at that resolution just doesnt seem right to me.

MS is being gay again, i just dont trust them. windows update has a new driver for my 8800GTS and my networking controller. on the nvidia site, there is no new drive for the 8800series. i havnt checked for my networking controller yet. but after the last time with my comp crashing due to an update only on windows update, i am leery about getting this driver update. for any of you that have an 8800, i wouldnt advise on updating unless you are having problems with any games.

just get the 8800GTS 640mb. waiting always sucks. i didnt feel like waiting 4-5 more months for the 9800 so i just decided to pick up an 8800GTS 320mb, it was well worth it.

dont waste your money on a quad!? lol, i cant wait for mine to come in next week. anyways, just get a cheap amd comp for a few hundred dollars.

ya that will definatly be the winner once it comes out, but at the moment P35 is the winner. it sucks when you but a good P35 board and then something better comes out a month later... but isnt that always the case with hardware?
