well what card did you guys say it had? a 7600gt? my 7800gt is definetly better than a 7600gt. can the xbox do 16xAA and 8xAF? how about that plus HDR with an ati card?

yes, you should definetly have at least 12gigs, 15gigs would be better tho just in case vista needs the space

i was the same exact way you where until i heard the auzentech xplosion which my friend recently got. there is just a major difference compared to onboard, especially with surround sound!

andromeda, what temps does that give you for ur hdd? i have a 120mm fan in front of my hdd and it stays around 31C most of the time, and the fan makes pretty much no noise, those little fans on the hdd cooler must be loud.

i was looking for one of these a while ago, but like all other said, the price is just crazy.

the only company ive really heard alot of crap about is maxtor, so thats all i can say about brands. i have a maxtor, seagete, and hitachi. and none of them have given me any problems so far.

afaik once you get a bluetooth adapter and plug it into ur comp, ur phone will automatically connect to it and show up in my computer as additional storage.

Explain that to me... he's right. but its not like it will make a big difference. thats one of the things that i like about my case, hdd temp is compltely away from the rest of the system. but again, it wont make a big difference, especially with 1 drive. now say he had 3-4 raptors... that would create alot of heat and would raise the system temp.

well there is absoultely no difference in reliablitity. its just how the drive connects to the mobo. the drive is the difference, not the cable. but since sata is on almost every new hdd, the new hdd is better. but thats just b/c its a brand new drive, not the fact that its sata.

there are many others with the p5b and a conroe, it works fine for them.. its very unusual for a cpu to be bad but hey, it can happen. your specs look fine. what temps is the mobo reporting? also try underclocking both the ram and cpu.

uhh.. like i said i wouldn't sell them for more either, thats illegal in most cases! i totally agree. physx is just pointless right now, it just hasnt caught on and costs way too much. wait a few years and see what happens with it, but i think that its going to die. as for a sound card, i would wait for the new auzentech card, its very promising, its coming out within the month so within 2 months there should be some reviews on it, just wait for sound.

why do you guys keep saying that rc means its not a beta? if its not a beta then its the final! theres no point in an rc if its the final. the rc just means its a candiate. candidate! meaning that its a possible final, but there may still be some things wrong with it, which there is. and if ppl arnt telling MS whats wrong with it, then how is it supposed to be fixed for the final?
