well ive been trying to use it now, and it p***es me off that if i have a playlist and play 10 songs in it, then close wmp, then open it back up to go and play some more songs, it doesnt have it where i left off, its back at the begining...
what mobo and sata drive did you get? if it is a sataII hdd then you may have to change the jumper on it to make it sata1 mode as your mobo may not support sataII.
just reset the cmos and you should be set. check ur manual to see how you should do it, there may be a jumper for this or you may need to remove the battery.
I haven't tried with the latest version but it used to work because the installer starts in windows. While in windows it actually copies the dvd to the HD before the computer ever resets and then it does the rest of the install from the HD. This is the way the installer has always been designed since sometimes detecting cd/dvd drives can be an issue since they require their own drivers (although rare these days MS install system is still built around this principle). well i hope this is true! im sure someone can see if this is true if they install it normally, then remove the dvd after it copies the files. image how much easier this would become when we start trying out unattended type stuff and nlite.
well i love vista right now. it seams to run a heck of alot smoother than xp. the sims 2 also runs smoother in vista its funny how my cpu is the worst component i have tho... dual core opty at 2.6ghz .... i wonder if that test included my 2nd core, i highly doubt it.
but im asking here how you can emulate it if vista needs to reboot and stuff... isnt it just emulated thru windows? or are you doing it thru vmware somehow?
lol, ur right, he said his tv does have svideo and everything else you said is exactly right. the reason i dont clone my display is b/c my monitor is 1280x1024 and as you said, the tv is 1024x768, therefore alot is cut off...
x64 with sp2? there is no such thing... as for slipstreaming, im sure our great unattended guide will help you alot http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/view/web/36/
well ya.. but also imagine the new computer technologies coming out it the next 5 yrs... lol im sure in 5 years when the vienna beta's are hopefully out, that most of us will have a new computer.
well the sensore needs to go between the cpu/gpu and its heatsink... so have fun with that. but just to let you know, this may cause higher temps since the sensor causes the heatsink to not be completely flat against the cpu/gpu.
