It will not work if you're in fullscreen. If you're not in fullscreen and it's not reproducible with standard taskbar, state what app it is.

It's there. You need to disable multi-monitor taskbar though. Which flyouts are not multimon aware? It's there. You need to unlock taskbar though. Those challenges are intentional since 3.8. Fat chance.

Move pinned position into new instance? Where should second instance launch? Alongside first one or at the end?
