If grouping is totally disabled, pins won't combine and will be present while app is opened, so duplicating them on other displays could help.

It's stupid limited because taskbar may not have empty space and double-click to launch seems very obscure. Your case can be handled by some Windhawk/AutoIt snippets. I see you don't like my offer, but I think multi-monitor pins can work.

Well AI approved my reply as not rude. Judging your unusual usage scenario I think pinned icons should be duplicated on multi display layouts with grouping disabled.
