I do not believe there is an issue. If you want monstrous and slow context menus, hold shift when right-clicking.

Seems that DXGI may consider SIB taskbar underlay as occlusion and break exclusive fullscreen. Should be fixed now in 2.9.7 -

Yes, this issue is related to DPI. However this issue was resolved in 2.9.0 and there were no userpicture changes in 2.9.1.

Can you show screenshot? It can be only black on white or white on black and that change went to 2.9.0

Those translations are provided by system from MusUpdateHandlers.dll / mui

You can't 'install for me' and 'disable UAC' together. Choose either one

Yeah, redraw them in high DPIs and i'll add them

Select Windows 10 menu and Windows 7 taskbar. That may not work so well though.
