Only the shell32.dll UI files for the details pane are working, no other UI files added to the shellstyle.dll work, the ones I have tried are explorerframe.dll, systemcpl.dll, themecpl.dll, usercpl.dll and even some of the shell32.dll UI files don't work UI file 23 and 24

Thanks for working on it Tihy, the details pane is working again but that's about it, none of the other custom UI files are working.

A recent update on Windows 8 seems to have changed the jump list text color and hover state, there is now no longer a hover state and instead of using the text color properties in Start Menu > Panels > Aero > Top > Jump List > Panels > Jump List User in now use the text color from Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > MenuText, could you please see if there is a fix for this.

OK no worries, I guess that's true for most, I was looking at some of my styles that already had extra width available that wasn't getting utilised but you are correct with the default SiB start menus so I can see why you made that decision.

Is it possible to have glyph icons without it effecting the places list width, at the moment it increases the width and doesn't respects the values you have in the msstyles?

Symbols are now available on RS1 build 11099 and Aero Glass seems to be working fine as far as I can see. Edit: OK so maybe it's not completely working, got artefacts behind explorer windows using Full Glass.

Not helpful. BM developed it and requests feedback on it. I give it and you tell everyone to stop using it? You know how much sense that makes? Your right it's not helpful, it's just my opinion and I should have said that instead, honestly I prefer the way modern apps are on Windows 8, I like that they are full screen and live in their own ecosystem, I never wanted modern apps to be windowed and I think MS should have stayed with their original idea, personally if I could have Windows 8 with DX12 and the Xbox One integration I would be happy, aside from those 2 features I honestly don't see any improvement in Windows 10, just a hell of allot of change for the sake of change, give me Windows 8.2 and I will be happy.

Why do you keep posting this, I cant even understand what the heck your saying, who is we, we are borg? why are you posting a timedate.cpl? the reg hack is also nothing new, it's been know since early betas, there are already programs like WinaeroTweaker that can change back to the old style clock as well as a tone of other useful tweaks, why are you posting this in the thread for StartIsBack and AeroGlass, why haven't you created your own topic?

It should still work if you don't have FILLCOLOR property. That's good to know, I thought you had scrapped the idea

Awesome work mate, all working properly now, just a few extra feature requests, in the order of importance. 1. A diferent button image for "Start Menu > Menus > Aero > KeyBoard:TreeView > TreeItem" (The default one would be good) instead of using "Start Menu > Panels > Aero > Top > Programs List > Controls > Programs List Item > Pressed" (then the start menu will be perfect). 2. Support for Taskband TaskItem Buttons "Taskbar & System Tray > TaskBand > Basic > TaskBand > TaskItemButton" IMO Windows 10 style taskitem buttons are complete rubbish. 3. Previous Windows style Themeable System tray background "Taskbar & System Tray > System Tray > Basic > Horizontal > TrayNotify > Background". 4. Previous Windows style Jump List (If present in the msstyles) and functionality (ability to pin more items like in previous Windows) "Start Menu > Panels > Aero > Top > Jump List". Additional Request (Not very important): 5. Unlocked System Tray Flyout button Width. 6. Previous Windows style Aero Peak (Just because I would love to have it themeable again). 7. Previous Windows style System Tray Flyout (Why did they change it and make it less useful by taking away the customize link area). 8. Ability to have proper functioning Content margins for taskbar clock, "Left, Right, Top, Bottom" at the moment only left and right do anything but even then it will just add both values and center it. And just because I thought it was awesome: Would love to see this implemented again but maybe you could have it only enabled like you have with your Plain 10 style, so instead of making it transparent have it use the background image in which case Plain 10 would still function exactly the same.

Windows 10 Redstone 1 build 11082, no you don't need to patch any system files in the latest build, Uxstyle patches the files in memory and works fine. Windows 10 Rs1 build 11082 is completely stable for me, better then Th2 I think.

Well if you have any experience with themes it is very simple on Rs1, just install Uxstyle or Theme Signature Bypass by Big Muscle, themes go in the Theme folder as usual, if you want the same results as in my preview there are some extra things you will need though, mainly OldNewExplorer and StartIsBack by Tihiy and if you want the Aero then you will need Aero Glass by Big Muscle. As for MS changing things and breaking it all again, there is a pretty good chance, could be the next release preview, could be the whatever comes after Redstone 1, your guess is as good as mine.

I deleted all of the settings for aero glass, the settings are all taken from the custom theme and from what you see in my screen. Here is another one I just did, tried to use your Atlas and screen shot to make a similar style.

No problems with my custom Rs1 themes getting deep blue, inactive frames get colored perfectly as well.

OK very strange, I have no idea why explorer was restarting, it still happened even with SiB uninstalled so definately not a problem with SiB, I went back to an earlier snapshot on the VM and reinstalled the latest update and now it works fine. Here are a couple of examples of the fillcolors being swapped in my themes H2o and Poison.

Thanks Tihiy, the start menu is now being applied with the theme but I see it restarts explorer to do it, this seems to have a problem with themes being applied fully, wallpapers are not being applied in time before explorer restarts and you have to open the personalization menu and reapply the theme a second time, fonts look better and fill color and HOTTRACKING is working in NSCHost but the RGB is not right, Green is fine but Blue shows as Red and Red shows as Blue, the HOTTRACKING text color on the programs list and places list isn't working though unless you add a property to Lists, Menus, & Tabs > ListView > ListItem or one of it's states, I couldn't work out why some of my themes were working fine and others wouldn't, I finally trracked it down to this one difference, doesn't seem to matter what property gets added there as long as it's not empty. Also is there any chance we can have the button image restored or use a different state for Start Menu > Menus > Aero > KeyBoard:TreeView > TreeItem > Hot (StartMenuKeyBoardComposited::TreeView) so the NSCHost can use an alternative button image?

I think you may have messed up here, this is the exact same version as the previous one, hash matches as well.

Thanks for the update will give it a try and see how it goes, one thing I wanted to note is that since Windows 10 SiB will not apply the start menu with the visual style untill selected from the sib menu or unless you sign out or restart explorer, I have also noticed that if you adjust the color settings in the personalization menu this also refreshes SIb and the start menu is applied, is there any way to fix this so it gets applied instantly when you change themes like it was on Windows 8?
