would you mind if i use your wallpaper on my theme?
-
Well I was a bit bored and decided to open Photoshop... Here are 2 themes that I've built matching my Windows Shellstyles. Will only work on Sony-Ericsson #T610/T616/T618 #T630/T628 #Z600 Mobile Phones http://biohazardinc.deviantart.com/gallery/ I've used images from the web and some shellstyles. If you are the author and feel part of this me, and I'll include the propper credits or remove the necessary content

firefox is free and can advance a step if you add custom extensions/themes

Where are the rest of the icons?
SiMoNsAyS replied to Notzo's topic in Unattended Windows 2000/XP/2003
search throught dlls on the system32 folder. zipfldr.dll for example "resource hacker" is your program ps: better to post this on the customizing windows sub-section -
http://www.fu**edcompany.com, lol is this serious news?!

ufff... i'm a bit late so let's go: @coucou, 1)after extracting you can use the /k switch 2)yes of course, after windows is loaded and drivers is installed you can execute a cleanup 3)yes, i do it. just apply the propper changes and look for changes on the registry with an application like regshot or regsnap. export the necessary keys and import them during the unattended setup. @OriginalSinner, radclocker is basically a lite version of radlinker. the only difference is the rightmenu entrie that radlinker creates to execute your programs with customized OC settings. @Sgt_Strider, the drivers won't install if the hardware is not present. that means that ati drivers won't run on virtual PCs emulating hardware.

an easy way... tweak network settings extension install edit: batch code updated with the propper variable "-install-global-theme"
-
correct. that's why we used the @jdoe's method. the .vbs read those paths and writes them on the necessary files using gsar.

expand it and replace the winntbbu.dll file on the i386\ folder

Firefox installer that contains extensions
SiMoNsAyS replied to CHANDER's topic in Application Installs
not sure but try... for %%e in ("%CD%\*.xpi") do "%PROGRAMFILES%\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -install-global-extension "%%e" for %%e in ("%CD%\*.jar") do "%PROGRAMFILES%\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -install-global-extension "%%e" and if it don't work... start /wait %programfiles%\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe -install-global-extension "%CD%\dictionarysearch-0.7-fx+mz+tb.xpi" ps: better to keep this questions on the firefox's thread -
i could log in a few minutes ago but i can't now this is weird, other times the popup adviced "server maintenance" but now...?

well this setting is specially interestinguser_pref("network.http.pipelining.maxrequests", 100);it increases the time it waits until it can't display the page so i would add it no, that's why i included C:\Downloads that is my default download dir. this is one of our big problems when trying to install extensions and themes unattended.
-
well your problem it's not a problem itself when i built the installer, i included a copy of my prefs.js file with my default settings (including user_pref("accessibility.browsewithcaret", true); ). if you want to tweak any1 or include yours here is what you need to do... open the .exe setup you downloaded with winrar. extracth en_US.xpi and open that file with winrar again. there you'll see some interesting folders like "searchplugins" with the default searchplugins included (you can add/remove any). browse to defaults>profile>pref.js and edit it with your preferences. now back on the process, save your prefs.js and update the file en_US.xpi, then re-add it to the setup package (easy enough? ). most people is not having this problem because they overwrite the default settings with his profiles... also it explains why if you reinstall firefox the "problem" re-appears. sorry if this caused an inconvenience edit: you can also add this network settings to the prefs.js that apparently "improve" the browsing for dsl connections user_pref("network.cookie.cookieBehavior", 1); user_pref("network.cookie.prefsMigrated", true); user_pref("network.http.max-connections", 40); user_pref("network.http.max-connections-per-server", 16); user_pref("network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-proxy", 16); user_pref("network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server", 16); user_pref("network.http.pipelining", true); user_pref("network.http.pipelining.maxrequests", 100); user_pref("network.http.proxy.pipelining", true);

you can't convert the silent instllation from english to dutch. you would need to download the old guide attached at first post and follow it to create your own setup.

i usually don't play HL2D but i know you play MOH:S... here is a screeny of my latest game (it isn't my best)... http://www.eazyshare.com/user_uploads/shot0024.jpg wanna play?
-
the "hard" way is to replace bitmap images on logonui.exe with an utility like resource hacker
-
i think not, depending on your purpose you can search for alternatives like multiple "virtual machines" or multiple "virtual desktops". edit: next time better post on a more appropiate sub-section
-
the audio glith is normal on "all" the systems. the latest online patch from valve solves it. you can see my system specs on my signature and i still have those problems (1024x768 detailed models and AA4x, Filtering Trilinear). anyway your video card is a bit old and probably could not handle HL2 the same as a 5950 or even a radeon 9800 non-pro.
-
same for me and same i wish
-
really, really interesting. thanks for sharing

no problem with suggestions if you see the post is updated just take a look at the features, they'll be always up-to-date. probably what you saw was typo error that i corrected or maybe i changed something after re-reading b/c i thought it wasn't really clear
