Have you tried updating your computer at all? I have the exact same version of IE as you do and MSFN does not crash the browser or my machine when I visit it in IE.

I second Jeremy's advice. I have one partition specifically for Windows and programs and another just for data (music, videos, documents, etc.) Works out great when you want to reinstall Windows every once and a while! I also take backups of everything every so often.

Hey guys, Here's my situation... I'm going to be gone for the next couple of weeks (on March Break) and since my neighbourhood has been a bit too burglar-friendly in the past, I've decided to put together a cheap-o surveillance system. I haven't had any problems with keeping a desktop on for a long period of time... However, I'll be placing a webcam attached to a laptop in the back of my house which will take shots every 10 seconds or so, which will be uploaded to a web server in my basement WIRELESSLY. My question to you all is the following... Considering that taking a picture and uploading it wirelessly to a server every couple of seconds isn't too processor-intensive, will the heat generated by the laptop (which has fans, duh, lol) be a bad thing over the course of two weeks? The laptop will be placed on a wooden table and will be within a few feet (say 3 or 4) of a room heater. Thanks.

Off topic... Myspace, in my honest opinion, is just so overrated. I used to have an account, but closed it after having to deal with spam, random people adding me, and other weird stuff. For now, I'm sticking with Facebook which is also another popular site. It has many more privacy features that Myspace does not offer.

The absolute maximum dimensions of the images in your signature cannot exceed 300x100 pixels, regardless of the number of images you use. The total size must also not exceed 80KB. Also, if your images total 30000 pixels squared in area, and your dimensions are something like 200x150 pixels, this is not acceptable. @The008: I suggest you remove your signature until it is fixed, otherwise, it will be flagged and removed.
