  1. Please do not post the same topic in multiple forums. Other topic has been trashed.
  2. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/931770 Slashdot article: http://it.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=07/03/27/038227
  3. Nice upload speed! Not as good as Zxian's though!
  4. Please use the edit button instead of posting multiple times in a row!!
  5. I was going to suggest this and this but both explain how to do it using only a CD. But then I came across this which seems like what you're looking for.
  6. My March Break has been over for a looooong time now... My summer vacation starts tomorrow!
  7. Maybe something got corrupted during nLite's process. Have you tried re-slimming an original XP CD (with or without SP2)?
  8. [ Moved. ]
  9. Most of the stuff you want to know can be found here: http://unattended.msfn.org/ (Post 6k )
  10. Yes. Right-click on the recycle bin and click on properties. Then look at the pic below:
  11. You should suggest to this group of people to switch to a real hosting company. The board has tons of links to them, including MSFN Hosting.
  12. I bet you it's OMFG!!1 Actually... Now that I take a look at the question one more time... I think it's telling you to choose D, since it's saying "It's the end of the world!" as in, the end of "the world".
  13. You do realize how much I hate you right now, right?
  14. Yeah, you have to take some of the questions quite literally... There's one of a picture of a horse and it asks you to spell something.
  15. http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/365143 I've gotten up to level 61. VERY addicting...
  16. If you took my question the wrong way, I apologize. However, in no way did I mean to be rude. I was just wondering what use Windows 3.11 had apart from running older applications/games since they could probably still run on newer versions of Windows (95/98) that have been released since. There are already two answers to your question above my previous post. They seem like valid solutions for what you would like to accomplish, and the only way to find out would be to test both methods out.
  17. VMWare does the same thing: http://www.vmware.com/ Should work for XP.
  18. Ah. Alright. In that case... For the Start Menu: http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserve...3.mspx?mfr=true Others will have to wait as I'm quite busy right now... Do a search for "xp registry" (without the quotes) followed by "force classic explorer" and "force show groups" (again, without the quotes). Google should come up with a few useful results.
  19. I've still got floppy drives in most of my machines. Like DonDamm said, they are very useful when CD drives tend not to work properly on the first try. I'm actually going to start putting floppy images on a USB drive in order to boot off of that. I'll see how it goes. Here's my collection: And here's how to re-use a copy protected floppy, lmao:
  20. Have you considered using a CD-RW? I think this is possible using a BartPE CD. Basically, you boot off the CD and then run the Windows installer from within that. That way, you only end up really losing 1 CD instead of 20 or 100!
  21. For PHP, the best place to learn would be from its actual home: http://www.php.net/ Whenever I am trying to figure something out, I usually visit that site and look for something that may help me! Works 99% of the time!
  22. The attached pics should help you out:
