Apparently, someone has gone completely wrong in their tone and choice of words. This kind of rhetoric may be the new spirit in your country since February, but you should think carefully about whether you go to this level. Apart from that, fortunately this forum is located in Europe and not in your home country.3 points

D.Draker writes this browser is good, what do you do? Right! You follow D.Draker like a magnet. D.Draker is kind, fair and forgiving. I forgive you, no report will follow your utterly rude post. You follow my every step, and I understand you very well, I'm an interesting man. I've been told many times, I'm a natural born leader, people listen and follow D.Draker, so stop fighting your temptations and accept the fate.2 points

I'll ignore, but quote to make the admins see what you do before you re-edit your post because you simply put words in my mouth. Where did I say XP is not secure? Or Vista? It's a rhetorical question. Do the have this word in your language? And telling, "when the "Guest" (banned account?) wrote numerous posts about "vulnerabilities", it was OK for you, but when D.Draker started, no" - is NOT a "fight", it's a fact.2 points
-
Biased? So, when the "Guest" wrote numerous posts about vulnerabilities, it was OK, when D.Draker started, no? This is what biased is, not the one you say. Google » Chrome » 122 Vulnerabilities: 238 https://www.cvedetails.com/version/1878250/Google-Chrome-122.0.6261.128.html2 points

Your VRAM is faster than the one @NotHereToPlayGames has, so thanks for the confirmation. Your VRAM is faster by 5.3GB/s, also its size is 30 percent bigger. Your GPU clock is faster by 35 percent. No wonder Supermium runs OK.2 points

Is this a Win98 or whatever OS used DirectX9 25 years ago? Everything starting Vista is d3d11 capable, you want to say - Supermium not capapble of d3d11?2 points

I abandoned Thorium when it became very clear that there weren't going to be any more versions in the near future, if ever, which would run on XP. A version based on Chromium 122 doesn't really cut it any more. Why that decision seems to have been made I have no idea, but thank goodness that we still have Supermium!1 point

The author released a half year old version, claiming it "isn't going to turn your computer into some sort of virus magnet"... The description is big and confusing, does it work on Vista? No clear mentions. https://github.com/Alex313031/thorium/releases/tag/M130.0.6723.1741 point

I forgot to say that I use YT-DLP. But it seems to also work with today's update.1 point

We both know who the "guest" is. He was not banned. He *REQUESTED* to no longer be an MSFN Member. Something the admins *WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO DO*, I have requested *multiple times*. YOU, Mr. D.Draker, is the *COMMON DENOMINATOR* in 99% of the BS that goes on here at MSFN. Admins don't care, so I guess I don't either. Or turn all of my posts into "guest" posts as well, I really don't care. YOU, Mr. D.Draker, are allowed to stir up as much sh#t as you feel like. So yeah, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em". My turn to stir some sh#t. Yeah, it's that easy!1 point

That I can agree to! A far cry from the one million you cited in your first "bs" post! BUT your computer's "vulnerabilities" DON'T MEAN JACK SH&T TO MOST OF US HERE AT MSFN! The security of your computer only ties so much to your browser, the rest is all tied to your OS. We probably have more XP users here than anything. Do you think they care how "insecure" XP is? REGARDLESS of how often somebody likes you comes along and reminds them of how many years old XP is! Tons of Vista users here also. Do you think they care how "insecure" Vista is? Are they falsely deducing that an "extended kernel" patches these insecurities? Hint - functions are added, vulnerabilities are not patched. Et cetera. You really are *BIASED* and just LOVE to pick fights! The admins allow it, nothing technically "against forum rules". Carry On, Wayward Son. Moving on... "Toodles"...1 point

*Biased* hypocritical exaggerations like that is why I will *never* "follow you*. Unless you yourself run Win11 (maybe even Win10), then STOP RAM-RODDING THE BS ABOUT SOMETHING A YEAR OLD !!! !!! !!!1 point

I see that Sampei.Nihira has unfortunately been "ran off the board" by folks probably jabbing his ribs too frequently. Can't say as I blame him, to be honest, sticking around here does at times feel like a "bad decision". At work, we have been "forced" to upgrade to Win11 (kind of surprised it took this long). I use Official Chrome v122 here at work. It always scored Speedometer 2.1 at a 310 to 325 range in Win10. In Win11, the same exact Chrome v122 profile scores 398 to 402. Nothing changed except Win10 upgraded to Win11. Still a far cry from Mac's that I've seen hit 530+.1 point

When using gestures to swap between desktops on a touchpad, it still swaps the windows shown on the taskbar to the other desktop's even if the gesture doesn't complete and I remain on the first one. I like to glance at my other desktops with the gesture without fully swapping, so it's annoying that I can't do so anymore without breaking what's displayed. Note that I expect this started in an update in the last year or so, as my spare laptop I haven't touched/updated in a while didn't have the issue. It wasn't caused by the latest update, I just put off doing a bug report for a while.1 point

That's why I do not get any security warnings when opening the Add-ons Manager :1 point

After deleting all certificates in the folder Certs and updating the certificate cacert.pem, all certificates will be generated by ProxHTTPSProxy once again. That means my certificate chi.uk2.net.crt was updated 2 days ago. It has a validity from 28.07.2024 to 28.07.2034.1 point

To be sure that WSUS Offline Update 9.2.6 really works I ran it a second time and activated some more options as, for example, the download of Windows Service Packs. Works. Only if you enable .NET Frameworks, the downloads can't be done as some links don't match anymore. The log file shows the code 404 in the end. So, some scripts would have to be updated regarding download links for .NET Frameworks and maybe for more. But generally, WSUS Offline Update 9.2.6 works great with a few modifications, even in 2024.1 point

No. On my fully configured profile with tons of flags. I have disabled many features I do not need and to run Thorium more smoothly. Without these configurations, Thorium does not run smoothly on my ancient machine. The main problem on my computer is the page loading behaviour of Thorium which is now bearable and ok for me after all these endless configurations.1 point

Unfortunately, I have to report that the payment of an eBay item with Paypal in New Moon 28 no longer works. You get stuck when logging into your Paypal account after a captcha request. Therefore, I had to make the purchase via my tablet. Can anyone confirm this issue?1 point
-
I don't think that's the reason. I have several, most recent browsers installed on my Android 9 tablet, some with and some without uBlock Origin. And I have the same issues with the MSFN forum editor there as I have on my Windows XP machine. The forum editor has still problems with posting special links or pasted code. And that for many months now.1 point
-
Same here. Posting code here has been a pure game of chance for months. The forum editor is still totally buggy and constantly spinning around although all has been reported months ago.1 point

If I understand you correctly, the NVIDIA 6200 graphics card is not supported. Am I right? BTW, I didn't see any notes about supported graphics cards or chips. Where are them?1 point
