If you saw this post, you'd give up hopes of waiting, despite the authors trying to catch up, and I give them a huge respect, they simply can't... And without these modern ciphers, you're locked out of many cloudflare (and other) sites. https://msfn.org/board/topic/186176-x25519mlkem768-post-quantum-secure-key/?do=findComment&comment=12749312 points

You may be right, it was something similar when they moved to V2 manifest, but you may be too young to remember. If I'm not mistaken, Chrome simply disabled "old" extensions one "wonderful" morning.2 points

BTW, I reorganised the chrome subfolder inside my Mypal 68 profile folder. From now on, all my uc.js script files are located in a subfolder called "Scripts" such as all css files have already been stored in a subfolder called "CSS". If someone is interested how that can be done, just ask here.1 point

The download package MYPAL_68_CB_requirements.7z from my first post is actually working as it should. But I found in one file unnecessary code which was implemented by the original creator for enabling pre-Lion fullscreen mode mode under macOS. However, this code inside the file userChrome.js spits out an error in the Browser Console under Windows XP, which I could fix in two different ways. The most simple one is to remove this code since Mypal 68 targets the Windows OSes. The other one is to add some missing code which I also did just for fun. But as I already said, this is actually nonsense. Anyway! Here is the error when using the original userChrome.js file: And here is a screenshot after removing code from the original userChrome.js file and restarting the browser: You can see the message "ReferenceError: XPCOMUtils is not defined" has gone. After some weeks of testing, I can confirm that all is working perfectly. If you are interested in and want to also do the fix manually, then you can do it as follows: Old content of the userChrome.js file: // Copyright (c) 2017 Haggai Nuchi // Available for use under the MIT License: // https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT // Set "useLionFullScreen" in the same way that it's done in // chrome://browser/content/browser-fullScreenAndPointerLock.js XPCOMUtils.defineLazyGetter(FullScreen, "useLionFullScreen", function() { return false; }); New content of the userChrome.js file: // Copyright (c) 2017 Haggai Nuchi // Available for use under the MIT License: // https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT Additionally, I will update the MYPAL_68_CB_requirements.7z package as soon as possible. Your whole argument (seems to) and even your link cite "default settings". I promise you, NOBODY here at MSFN is using "default settings".1 point

Still doesn't explain why the profile here disappeared without a trace.1 point

Supermium doesn't update that frequently. Probably makes sense to apply there, too. It's already many versions behind.1 point

@Outbreaker I build some special acpi.sys for crazy notebooks. But most they work only on one or 2 different laptops. So, until now the acpi.sys that you have is still the best for Desktop compis Dietmar1 point

@feodor2 I am not sure if you aware of this. The logger of uBlock Origin 1.60 does not work in Mypal 68.14.4b when running single-process mode. Neither in the officially last compatible version 1.46 of uBlock Origin. In multiprocess mode, the logger is running fine.1 point

Supermium "shouldn't" have its own certificates. All Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, 360Chrome, Kafan, Supermium, Thorium, Brave, Vivaldi, Ungoogled Chromium, SRWare Iron, Comodo Dragon) are supposed to use the OPERATING SYSTEM'S certificates. This issue is likely Supermium-only, but it still begs the question as to why only on your computer? No other Supermium-user has chimed in to confirm your issues. This seems so far, until somebody else chimes in, that this is your computer and yours only.1 point

Did you read the rules? It's always advisable to read them, now it may be too late. Rule 8: "Forum moderation is not up for public debate, and such threads will be deleted and the thread starter warned. I can't confirm any crashes or problems after editing the file search.json.mozlz4 using the extension mozlz4-edit. What I have edited remains the same no matter how often I restart Mypal 68. Actually, there is no need to add anything to the profile when launching. If so, your installation or your profile is presumably faulty. But keeping backups is always a good idea.1 point

I didn't know they made 360EE v114, obviously doesn't work on XP?1 point

I usually suggest Universal Extractor. But in this case, to hell with it, don't risk extracting that "HTTPS Everywhere"! Who the hell knows what's inside!1 point
-
In these two exact cases, with both of them, all domains/addresses are Chinese. The script sends data to China (not Holland or any other allied nation). I'm not sure I understand why we need to pretend they're not. Maybe folks need to report the second extension to Google? Do you have a Google account? Maybe try to warn them about the password? Give the link with that China domain. I never understood the purpose of "HTTPS Everywhere" (apart from leaking data to China). Any somewhat modern browser can upgrade http to https.1 point

Wow! LOL> One super easy way to avoid being flagged/blocked as malware by Google.1 point
-
We don't know what info is sent to China. It's more about being on the safe side, not outright visible and directly seen damage. I searched for "sinajs", and the results mention the over-popularized HTTPS Everywhere. Just one example. "HTTPS Everywhere currently rewrites requests to sinajs.cn (or its subdomains)." https://atlas.eff.org/domains/sinajs.cn.html Does Google also flag HTTPS Everywhere as Chinese malware?1 point
-
Try Deluminate, it's even better, and Google doesn't flag it as Chinese malware. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/deluminate/iebboopaeangfpceklajfohhbpkkfiaa1 point

Hi. Is there a possibility you reconsider and use an ISO with SP2 already integrated? Nlite doesn't want to be friendly with the 64bit version, it's to be expected.1 point
