"Last" would imply that there will never be any subsequent version of the software which will still run on XP, which is not always going to be the case of course.
I think "latest" is the best term to use, as it is now, even though the interpretation of "latest" can vary of course.
Another OT post, but if any of you didn't know, the online activation servers still work for XP with a unblacklisted product key. You just need the root certificate update. If you activate online, you don't have to deal with Genuine Windows Activation error on Windows Update. It connects to this url, https://wpa.one.microsoft.com Here is the SSL Test https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=wpa.one.microsoft.com It supports XP ciphers.
@windows2
actually try this one - dl.driverpack.io/driverpacks/repack/Video_Intel-XP/Intel/FORCED/5x86/Haswell_6.14.10.5445/Intel-FORCED-5x86-Haswell_6.14.10.5445-drp.ziphttps://dl.driverpack.io/driverpacks/repack/Video_Intel-XP/Intel/FORCED/5x86/Haswell_6.14.10.5445/Intel-FORCED-5x86-Haswell_6.14.10.5445-drp.ziphttps://dl.driverpack.io/driverpacks/repack/Video_Intel-XP/Intel/FORCED/5x86/Haswell_6.14.10.5445/Intel-FORCED-5x86-Haswell_6.14.10.5445-drp.ziphttps://driverpack.io/en/hwids/PCI\VEN_8086%26DEV_041E?os=windows-xp-x86
I think for windows 2000 also install KernelXE too, to resolve missing videoprt.sys dependencies/
you could try downloading this one - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/16543/intel-hd-graphics-driver-for-windows-xp-exe.html
then add your deviceID to igxp32.inf and hope that it works.
If you take the title of this thread so precisely, then your posts are logically off-topic. But as far as I can see, programs are also posted here that are still Windows XP compatible.
But to be on-topic I have found a web site of Tracker Software containing the "latest" versions of their programs PDF-XChange Editor and Editor, PDF-XChange Standard Printer, PDF-Tools and PDF-XChange PRO. All programs are version 7.0.328.2. Version 8 and higher do not support Windows XP anymore. Here is the link: https://www.tracker-software.com/knowledgebase/399-Microsoft-has-Ended-Support-for-Windows-XP.
Kind regards, AstroSkipper
OK, I did my tests, with resounding success!
As I thought, uninstalling KB4501226 did not produce a result, as it's no longer actually offered to POSReady 2009 systems.
Uninstalling its predecessor, KB4487990 produced the desired result though, as you can see above.
So, It's all working!
@maile3241 I cannot seem to replace wuaueng.dll in Windows Vista. It always says I need permission, which I have.
EDIT: Nevermind, I just had to rename the old file to wuauengold.dll and it worked.
I've taken up the reins in managing this fine tool. You can find my version of it and my tweaks here: http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/topic/133588-the-vollatran-project-software-management-tool/ I plan to make many enhancements to it but if anyone wants to contribute by all means do.
