  1. I have done several cosmetic tweaks since my last update. I'm officially done tweaking and have everything where I like it. Only need to download and replace one file -- https://www.dropbox.com/s/dzafuzylfgpvqzu/options.zip?dl=0 I don't remember the full list, but to name a few of the changes -- Extensions text on Settings - Basic now lines up with above tabs that were shifted to allow Mouse Gestures to fit even when bold/selected Search dropdown box in Settings - Basic now smaller and text is centered Overall padding between sections has been reduced so most pages don't popup a scrollbar on a 1920x1080 screen Font Size for custom font smaller and centered Switch Tab milliseconds box smaller (I think this one was already centered) Download location boxes larger (admittedly to fit my exact folder selection) Advanced Tab Web Content boxes now displayed in-line with surrounding text Lab Tab prerender box smaller (now the same size as other boxes used throughout various settings) Power Save percentage box now displayed in-line with surrounding text (basically adds a space between the box and the start of the text that follows the box) Security Tab green-box caret now aligns with checkbox

  2. For your mixed content preference (if I follow), add the below line to the very end of the Parameters line in the [FileToRun] section of your 360Loader.ini file, make sure there is a space between the new command and the previous command: --enable-strict-mixed-content-checking For your tls preference, I think you need to set a min and a max both to 1.2, add the following: --ssl-version-min=tls1.2 --ssl-version-max=tls1.2 Either that or you might just need the following: --tls1.2 For reference -- https://peter.sh/experiments/chromium-command-line-switches/ I would personally always use 360Loader.ini over "flags", but that's because I can do more with "switches" than I can with "flags".

  3. The location of a file doesn't actually have anything to do with its architecture. But, normally if a program installs to Program Files (x86) it is the 32bit version not 64bit. It is the installer that determines where a program is installed, and the installer is just copying files. So you can have a 32bit installer put a 64bit program into Program Files (x86) or experience a similar thing with a modified or malfunctioning OS.

  4. THIS. A pretty good resume of what happened 15-20 years ago. There is a movement from PowerPC community in another forum advocating for a new web standard for the masses with less powerful computers, advocates for a more simple web, the Web 1.1 and bringing back much of the previous web standards, and attempts to evolve them into better standards from this starting point. Web 1.1 also calls for much less javascript and more html/css. Most old browsers nowadays choke with modern websites because of HTTPS and sites made entirely on javascript frameworks like React (Arrrrgghh). Old School web, the community developed a few classic websites like a search engine called frogfind. Worth a look, worth joining the movement. As a former frontend web developer and current UI/UX Designer, I am pleased to see a such movement.

  5. OldNewExplorer is currently broken in the new Windows 11 Insider Preview now, the new OS removed the old ribbon and replaced with UWP-styled options. However, there's a workaround below, but you can try that at ur own risk.
