It looks like the auto update functionality is working again on Windows XP and Chrome again. My Flash Player beta was automatically updated from 32.0.0.150 to 32.0.0.161 overnight:

I found Windows 2000 comdlg32.dll bug. I released Extended kernel v2.9i which includes the fix. :3 Perhaps Save / Load problem are fixed.
