@max2 - if you let me know what it does

i'd say yes it works, lol.

msn 7.0 works too, for those who love msn messenger.

Sorry about that. SABnzbd is a nzb newsgroup client downloader which will autoimport, like newsleecher I know, nzb files but it will also has a feature called smartpar where it only downloads the amount of pars it needs if any of the files need to be repaired. Also it extracts .rar files, .zip files, and .001 split files and as long as the extraction was successful it deletes the achieves afterwards!

I believe it requires the .net framework to work but I can't remember.

The instructions for the program are in the Readme file inside the SABnzbd directory. You don't even have to install the program. Just double click on SABnzbd.exe and then go to that local address to setup it up. Its a little confusing at first.

i cant wait till the public beta is out, then try to get wmx and xpge working together

do any virtual drives work such as daemon tools?

Posted (edited)

yes alchohol and daemon and m$ virtual cd are all supported

Ripken, before you attempt that make sure to read the rules.

Ripken isn't breaking a single rule. He isn't developing Windows GE, nor trying to steal any of your ideas, thus he is allowed to test.

Posted (edited)

I dont know about that, rules can be tricky lol

well looks like 0 beta 2.5 testers were around for the beta 2.5 release.

@vci, synth, clint, fridge-raider, darkfire010, digitalfrost - msg me for beta 2.5 if you'd like to try it out.

@iWindoze skype, Hauppauge WinTv work, and yahoo messenger alternatives such as trillian for yahoo messenger, gaim does yahoo also, you can mod google messengers to do it too.

yahoo messenger we'll have to see whats going on, b4 it can be supported.

i have windows messenger running, gonna get msn messenger checked out.

Wonderful! Mostly I need the Yahoo IM for webcam--we're both Deaf and like to sign back and forth to each other. gAim still hasn't goteen any webcam support yet (IIRC since the last time I checked two weeks ago). Thanks for the updates wrt Hauupauge WinTV and Skype!

hey, I think trillian has webcam support under yahoo messenger service when quicktime is installed, ill test this out.

and also add webcam support to beta 3.0 (since i got myself a webcam, to test this out.)

also users after printer/scanner/camera , webcam, dhcp dns and wifi support, might be in luck come beta 3.0 (pruly optional, I will not force things on all users)

for FILE-hosting, just use GooglePages - its quite ok... and even though it doesn't support FTP the web-interface is goed enought....
