Good news! Probably Opera 97 can work 100% properly, but I must backport DWrite.dll from Windows 10. It will be not easy I think. You would need to mod it, but I no longer share the info on how to do it, due to a recent incident of its misuse/abuse. Now I can only share with the moderators, if they are interested. I shared my methods with the several of our members (including win32, legacyfan, that guy who ran away, etc), they were all able to follow my hacks and got it working.
