I know you are not going to provide a detailed guide on how to run this version of Opera on Windows Vista. But could you tell me what files have been modified?

He already made it happen on the 7th of February. It still crashes on the full variant of the settings page, when several extensions installed,

so somewhat still considered not fully finished, maybe that's why he didn't place it here ?

Yes. I still consider Opera 97.047040 is not fully finished and didn't place it here. But maybe that variant works well on his system too, who knows ?
