I have hosted v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com, schemas.windowsupdate.com and windowsupdate.microsoft.com/v4/ but the cab files won't be downloaded and also no WindowsUpdate\v4 folder in C:\Programfiles. The query strings are definitely the problem.
