Why negative, not positive, not entertaining these bad times to you?.. 2- So to be able to go out in bad weather (very entertaining, I assure you!..) - we dress according to the weather, that's all. Better shoes, a warmer parka, extra underwear... and don't forget the headgear... and don't cry when the weather is bad, but be happy that there is something new! 1- Yes, these times aren't entertaining to me. 2- Yes, I already know that we dress according to the weather. Also, something new like what exactly? And as for the weather part, I am sad because it's the reason I was unable to go outside. 11 hours ago, msfntor said: Mina ... Wake up! Act! Well, I am not relaxed with living in my country, I wish to get out of it ASAP (you wouldn't really want to know how worse my country has went over the years), and stay in your country France, I will then feel better by a lot, and I mean, A LOT. 5 hours ago, XPerceniol said: We'll get there and I KNOW you will dig yourself out of thie hole. Me, I think its too late and I'm too far gone and too old to change from being ultra loner city. I'm a sqaure peg. Well, thank you for the hopes, but, you shouldn't also feel pessimistic. 5 hours ago, XPerceniol said: 1- I don't hate myself though, 2- there are things I wish I could change some things but overall nothing. 1- So do I. 2- Same here. High school is tough unless you are a carbon copy of each other because everyone is trying to "fit in" and I was (and always will be) a misfit. Welcome to the misfit city central. I'm not trying to be a carbon copy, actually. Also, yes, as you said, I might have some luck finding better people when I graduate soon. 3

The best solution for you would be to finish your studies (you have to have your diploma!) and come here, perhaps to Paris... 2

High school is tough unless you are a carbon copy of each other because everyone is trying to "fit in" and I was (and always will be) a misfit. I had better luck in high school (until it fell apart, I will say it was nice 'till it lasted). There was no one in college. But then I'm also unapproachable, tend to stick to some corner to be on my own, have big doubts about trusting others and finally, just don't appear at the right places (and at the right times). I also avoid social media (Facebook/Twitter kind). I remember bit of high school when the reason I made FB account was to be in the group with classmates for an occasion someone posted something useful for exams. Back then that site at least made more sense design-wise (later they just implemented mobile design on the desktop, everything was so big, zoomed-in and...no idea what's it like today). But besides that group where I lurked, I was like: "The heck am I supposed to be doing here?" I only remember people there posting all kind of random stuff. Nowadays job keeps me busy for the most part, but these thoughts still creep-in in free time. Currently, I just live with them 'cause what am I supposed to do? I just continue to do whatever I feel confident about, which isn't much, but I have to get through the day somehow. Edited February 12, 2023 by UCyborg
