theeXeic
Hello, Could someone tell me what is the last version of WinRar supported on XP RTM/SP0 and XP SP1? I have some old laptopts that work better with SP1/SP0 than they do with newer SPs so i need to use it like this. Thank you.

I don't have the exact answer to your query, but Wikipedia suggests the last version that would run in Windows 2000 is 4.11 (released on Feb 2012); then you could use trial-and-error with the winrar versions > 4.11 available in their ftp server: ftp://ftp.rarlab.com/rar/ to precisely locate the last versions compatible with XP RTM/XP SP1 ; be advised, old winrar versions have known unpatched (and exploitable) vulnerabilities, but I suspect this isn't high in your priorities... rainstorm1650
QQBrowser 10.4.2 does not work on XP due to a missing API (AcquireSRWLockExclusive). I installed it on my Win7 VM, copied it over to host, then ran QQBrowser.exe IrfanView still supports XP, but if you're using XP x64 use the 32bit version of IrfanView, because the 64bit version only supports vista and above.
win32
Have you tried to install the x64 version regardless? There are quite a few things that claim to only work on Vista x64 and up (see IDA Pro 7.0, Office 2010 x64, Yandex.Disk, drivers for EasyCAP composite-to-USB capture devices etc.) that still work in the forgotten Server 2003 derivative. rainstorm1650
Yes, it says it is not a valid win32 application.

This isn't always a definitive test - many a times, lowering the subsystem string (to < 6.0) in the main executable will get it to launch, despite this initial warning; the only definitive test is to use dependency walker x64 on the 64-bit program executable (and, possibly, on the program DLLs it depends on) and look out for API calls to missing functions in the XP x64 kernel... Trying to use the x64 installer says you need Windows 7 x64. If you spoof the version to be win7 x64 seamonkey.exe will say that it is not a valid win32 app due to some missing dlls.
