Check this out: VIA PIDE driver =Windows* INF File for VIA 4149 -> in 3.10E and 4.10A from VIA's site AND in 2.20D from ASUS' site the version is this one: 10/30/2003,5.1.2600.104 VIA SATA driver = the problematic one ->viaSraid.sys works, viaMraid.sys doesn't -> viaMraid.sys: supports 3 HWID's -> viaSraid.sys: supports 1 HWID (this one also ocurrs in the viaMraid one) CONCLUSION I'll use both the viaMraid.sys AND the viaSraid.sys file, but in the txtsetup.sif file I'll refer to the viaSraid version instead of viaMraid for that problematic HWID. I think that should work.

Yes. It had to do with the 'UnattendMode' setting in the winnt.sif. I believe you should set it 'ProvideDefault' instead of 'FullUnattended'.

Well, while I was searching the Dell SoundMAX drivers it seemed that it were Sigmatel drivers... While searching I also discovered that also Gateway has some SoundMAX drivers, so I added those as well. Does anyone else know ANY brand with Sigmatel/SoundMAX drivers?
