Use rewritable media !.

If you are integrating drivers with nlite just select their infs and when it's done just make the iso. Auto $oem$ creation is to copy eventual subdirectories your drivers had, don't delete it and no need to copy aditional files in it.

If you want to install wmp with a switches then dont' remove windows media player. For acrobat reader, if it has virtual printer, leave printer drivers and system restore.

Yeah, you can change layout.inf after nlite...haven't done it for some time ( loosing all driver digital signature then ) , but it should work. However, it won't solve your missing file issues, they are just in dosnet and txtmode, also in some other component infs. plastik,

They are not reported because of layout.inf. Layout.inf is not cleaned any more due to some problems and it's not needed to. Check dosnet.inf. What files ?

Hmm...i use office 2k3 myself without any problem... Try leaving IME next time, it's in nlite's language support. If you confirm that caused it i may put a warning in that description. On second thought when you read IME description it may have something to do with some Office custom options...maybe keyboard something or ... I install minimal configuration so maybe that's why i didn't get that error. Anyone else ?

nodiaque, all you need to do is to find which files to keep and put them into keep box. Lets say you want to keep specific printer drivers, just go to ntprint.inf, find your printer and copy file names that it is associated to...it will be kept in the windows even if you remove every printer driver...that's why the keep box is there in the first place (well, second...first were system32 files)

Don't forget about drvindex.inf, you should put those file names in it too.
