Do it from a command prompt. Just delete its file and even if the service is still registered in the registry, it will not start since the file is gone. Now you can proceed to remove its registry entries in normal mode.

Antivirus companies have them, they're dedicated virusscanning servers. You'd need special software for that though.

I suggest you do not leave your own session ID in the link, even though this one does not seem to convey much information it is still a good practice as e.g. if you are logged into a website with a specific session ID and give the link with the session ID to someone else, they can in effect "become you" and use your account.
