Hi! 2 problems: 1. How can i disable Excel 2003 Error control "Numbers saved as text"? 2. In Outlook 2003 there is something in danish called Notatformat (Note format i believe in english). However in the note format all margins are by default set to 0mm which gives problems when printing. I need to change all margins in note format to 13mm... any ideas? Please help!!

I have had this problem before a few times when i applied BTS driverpacks and then afterwards changed some files on the CD. I solve this by taking a clean XP cd, nLite it, copy in my $OEM$ folder, run BTS driverpack and then copy in my winnt.sif

Hi, during my Windows UA installation (using driver pack method 2) I get a popup stating that it cant find OEM\bin\WatchDriverSigningPolicy.exe (the file is however located on the CD (not $OEM$ but OEM) and is 3,50KB). If i click OK setup continues and will use the drivers in the driverpacks. Its just VERY annoying that I have to click ok... any ideas PLEASE!

Im having problems with online music stores where you can listen to some of the music before buying it. They seem to be using a java(?) call named WMP64.FileName to start the music. Well you could have removed SCSI support? SATA relies on the SCSI support and will break if you remove it.

If you open a command prompt and cd %AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\ dir Do you then see the shortcut there? Can you see the QuickLaunch bar before copying the shortcut? @Glent: Why do you use %UserProfile% instead of skipping directly to %AppData%?

To be honest I dont know how to do it manually but you can easily do it trough nLite.

Well for example i have a tweak in HKLM that activates two custom fonts. That tweak is applied during cmdlines.txt and works perfectly. Obviously this doesnt mean some tweaks wont work at this point.

@frenchy75: are you running on a english Windows? or some other language? I remember getting all kinds of wierd errors and BSOD when I used RyanVM on my DK/Danish WindowsXP (before learning it was only for english he he).

Well I guess it also depends on how large your distro is. We used to use a DVD (around 3.5GB) but now I use a CD and all the applications are installed over the network - a combo you could say :-) This works faster than the DVD.

When I try to install this i get a popup error before setup completes: Unable to register DLL msdxm.ocx Code 0x800004005 If i click Ignore then it continues and I can now play WMV. However this popup is bad for unattended install... please any ideas??? EDIT: I ended up making an InstallRite package to overcome the popup.

Hmm i found out that I also had to either put the fonts in registry or open and close the Windows fonts thingie in the control panel for the fonts to be activated.

What installer are you trying to use?
