  1. Hi, Im trying to get MPC to play WMV video files without having WMP6.4, 9.0, 10.0 or whatever installed - ONLY MPC and codec(s). Currently im using MPC and XP Codec Pack. However MPC just says its unable to render the file. I have tried various codec packs even from Microsoft but no use. If i try MPC on a pc that still has WMP9 installed I can play the files fine. If i can somehow leave WMP9 (or 10) installed but without it being shown up anywhere that would be ok. Just do NOT want it to handle anything. Please give your input

  11. Some moderator really should move this topic to the Applications forum.
  12. Hmm when using AutoLogon I think you also need to use AutoLogonCount=1 This will make it logon as admin one time only.

  18. This will remove all existing partitions and create one big NTFS: [Data] Autopartition = 1 [Unattended] Repartition = yes FileSystem = * [Disk.Config] Disk1="Disk1.config" [Disk1.config] Size1="3000" PartitionType1="primary" FileSystem1="ntfs" Quickformat1="yes[Data]" Now some will obviously like i did think you can modify the "Size1="3000"" but I havent gotten it to work.
  19. Hi, Well you could use this command to output it to a txt file: dir /B C:\LOCATION\OF\KB\FILES\*.EXE > C:\WHERE\TO\OUTPUT\FILE.TXT Just make sure you dont have any other EXE files in the same folder.

  22. Did you simply copy the iso file onto your bootable disk? Usually you need to burn (for example using Ahead Nero) it onto a CD or DVD (depending on the size of course).
  23. @gunsmokingman: Of course the script you posted works with cmdlines.txt (you obviously read the previous posts before posting your script, right?)
