i think i'll get the nokia 6680 for now, maybe later when this imate thing gets better... or when i decide to spend that much money on some features of the phone... wait holy crap look at clubimate.com pda2 is released today, its better than pda2k & jam dunno if it has started shipping. http://www.clubimate.com/t-DETAILS_PDA2.aspx where can one buy products for imate?? i couldn't find any buy buttons on their website i only found it through ebay (not this one, the old ones)

my sister has 7610, its slow for me, cheaper indeed. i don't want 6600, everyone has it and its considered as old.. i'll wait for 6680 i think.. its the best looking one.. i know u bought 3230 but its not suitable for me.. well my sisters experience with 7610, it broke down and i took it to the shop to get it repaired, 1 week later (yesterday) we got it back, the guy said they installed a new version software on it and said the old one was the problem, we got back home, my sister tried creating a new folder it won't create, i told her to restart the phone, and it died, it says startup problem take it to the shop or something like that.. yes it looks pretty awesome but it died again. my 7210's vibrating thing died last month, (yes its an old phone..) i dunno i like nokia bc of ease of use but has minor problems... i dunno its confusing anyways just found this site seems to be good http://www.gsmarena.com/

don't wanna sound like getting in your way but advertising and selling stuff are not allowed..., well at least it was like that... can someone compare the mpx200 with imate jam?

i'm considering imate jam its has 1.3mp camera, better then pda2k, also smaller pda2k has wireless but i dunno if i'd use it that much, it'd be nice if jam had it too. also jam is a little heavier then pda2k pda2k has a built-in keyboard whereas jam has virtual, i dunno if the virtual one is easy to use, they didn't let me open and test it

i could be a happy reader of this thread if it contained less arguing! this thread shouldn't be about who knows more about psx/xbox/etc.

well its not a "play"station anymore it does everything these days, connect to internet, plug in devices, play music + etc. etc. i'm sure many ppl will get it, i would get it if i was 12-18 & if i was not PC fan. (I love the person who created the keyboard!!) but for a pc without a monitor $465 value is pretty good, also if the intel chipset Cell story is true (i haven't read much about it) it will rock! u could say $300-$400 would be for the price of cpu, rest is entertainment and its a pc after all!!! rocks! about the 7 controllers, i would definitely use it i mean i dunno how that'd be managed (screen size wise) but if it can be split into 2-3 tv's that'd be awesome, me & ny friends do LAN at least once per year if not we go to net cafe's and play. when we make lan its always a trouble of setting up the network, even though they're xp's, 1 will have spyware, 1 will have virus, 1 will have symantec internet tools that block everything, so they all take a lot of time, and instead of this, me & my 6+ friends can enjoy the easy setup of the console, ow and of course no need for installing the game on separete computers, unattended or not it takes time, also a friend might have a low spec machine, that creates trouble(lag,etc) and 7 controller would take care of that too, same view & performance on all clients!!! while writing this i already like the idea of 7 controller and this amazing ps3, might as well get one

that happened to me once, flashget had created a folder like that (contains space) bc of my mistake maybe. i had written "downloads " for the downloads folder, and it wasn't deleteable. i don't exactly remember what i did to recover that but it might have been check disk (chkdsk.exe) but i'm not sure i might have formatted my hdd afterwards to get rid of that problem...

hi there i've just been informed of a great phone + pda device http://www.imate.com now they look pretty awesome but i wanted to get some information from someone who actually has it after the talk of motorola mpx300 i've been searching for a better, bigger and more functional phone. now i think i found it, but i need help: is it durable? how fast is it? do i have to wait for minutes when changing from 1 function to the other? how are the applications for it? are those small buttons on the imate pda2k easily pressable?, are they functional? thanks

thanks, but that is part of what i want. i want to have a session id to limit another user dling from the same location. i know how to do this with asp.net but for php i've no idea. @bashrat that seems to be a good idea, though i dunno how to create a subdomain through php. i usually do it via cpanel let me try to explain better now i have a file at abc.com/download.zip right now when the user uploads that file i want my script to show him random_server_abc.com/random_path/download.zip.html and after that, user goes and posts it in a forum and ppl click on it then download the file after this i don't want that url to be active anymore, just like rapidshare i mean:D why can't i explain this right , maybe bc i'm in the middle of studying, i dunno, anyways i hope someone understands it
