yes it is possible i've done this myself, nvidia's control panel is pretty good at focusing programs on certain monitors. u can easily configure it my friend who teaches at school does that, well he doesn't play games but monitor #1 he has a pdf up and on the other side he has vs.net everythings fine but things get messed up on screen saver for some reason.... ow wait totally got it wrong, u have 2 cards, hmm i dunno but i do still think u should be able to do that, well u can just do it with 1 card u know. how much ram and cpu do u have anyways, its not an easy thing to process the game and other activities, and actually while u're on the game u cannot really use your desktop unless u pause or something.

well i've tried firefox/netscape/opera/ie/etc. amongs those i somewhat have to return to IE at some times, since most ppl write their codes for IE it doesn't correctly run on others, though the others might be more compliant with the standards..... i'm using opera 99% of the time, i like it a lot. the MS issue, i think ppl should give opinions on how to make the software better, if u complain about it to much switch to other os's or get used to it. in win98 my comp crashed about every hour, i knew what to do about it, how to deal with it, same goes for me/xp/w2k/w2k3.... learn to deal with it, just like u deal with the problems in your life... in corp environment security might be a very big issue, though i cannot really understand why its such a big issue with home users. everyone says windows has bugs, sec holes, point me one that u've came accross.hold on there is a catch, windows is not supposed to be your everything, that's why there are external programs, firewalls, anti spyware's, anti-virus stuff etc. i'm sure u're all going to say blaster worm & other worms, i never got any of those, my system's secure, i update it often. i get the latest stuff. my opinion on the open source programs is that since they're open sourced it should be quite easy to spot the glitch, so if linux/unix/etc was to be widely used like windows and if windows was the one that was not popular i'm sure those who use windows would try their hard to get into linux comps and those who use linux would find ways to hack eachothers computers or release trojans/viruses/worms.... ppl hate windows & microsoft bc its full of money and ppl are somewhat jealous of it imho. u're in a math class everyone works their a** of to get A's but max they get is B and this new guy comes in and gets straight A's, u're jealous and there is more to it, which i cannot really express. computer is a competitive environment things like this will always happen. think of it as a website "A" that gets 1000000hits a day compared to that of "B"'s 100hits. if guys at that B are so jealous and can't think of good ways to get in front on A what often ppl do is they attack and try to slow down their server, then ad's appear everywhere, company A sucks it experiences slow downs, we've 99.999% uptime, we're better etc.... what r u going to do about it? its competition, legal or not it is.... so report bugs, send emails to ms on how to do something better, if else make your own program/os/etc.

i had allowed 2gigs then the C:\windows\Installer started building up, and when i remove the files in there i got many errors, so i've set it to 3 gigs and i've the pagefile on another hdd. but thats me, i dunno if u install many apps or not. well make it 2.5gb

i also install the progs and docu's on different partitions u can create 2 virtual disks for that to test it. in real windows setup it'll be able to see your drives. i believe if they're sata u might need to do something, or not, i cannot remember i think i needed that when i put it as raid. u shouldn't worry about the drive letters. if u created the partitions in order for example if u create c: drive first as primary then d as logical and e as logical and in your winnt u tell it to install progras on d & docu's on e it'll be fine... i hope u understood what i tried to say, i'm little tired now, might not make any sense

yes there are apps like that i've used AllToTray for a while i dunno any others, but i'm sure there were many of them.. edit: wait what, u want to do this unattended? i dunno about that.

why r u emulating? just install it to a 1-2gb virtual disk. then use the shared folders or add the hdd's later when u have windows installed, this way less chance of any errors. why do u want to see all your hdd in that list anyways?

i'm currently on MCSD.NET / MCP / MCAD certificate, well going to school for it, i've 300hours to the completion & just have to pass the exams erm there is a little point in these certifications u guys are missing out, when an empoyer comes and asks u what u can do, u can show them your certificate, so its the same BS as high school/univercity diploma

well its a good thing ms listed removed files now we can check if we're doing the media player removal correct with nlite:D in addition: i think this issue is so stupid. why? because most ppl who don't know much about computers don't really know where to get browsers etc. while trying to find it they run into many bogus files. also for example when xp came out i very much liked that idea that i don't have to dl any other software to be able to do anything. it comes fully loaded. which i think is good for most ppl. say xp came without ie & wmp & moviemaker & calculator & etc. u'd have to dl all that stuff. also why isn't there a case on the calculator that comes with xp? its forcing me to use it, omg i want to use other calculators. aa dumb! point is xp doesn't reject any other software like firefox/opera/winamp, i'd say if it rejected those apps then a case would be opened. now many newbie's will not be able to play any music files unless they're instructed to dl winamp/media player/etc by someone who knows the existence of them. another issue: many of the companies like dell,toshiba, etc load their windows recovery cd's with lots and lots of apps that u don't want. what about those? they should be removed as well since it limits us!! my laptop came with windvd, hell i don't want that, newbie's with dvd readers will be fine with it(okay don't get me wrong ppl might like windvd i don't, don't take it as flaming) well so as i'm thinking, there should be 2 version of windows, 1. a minimum component windows for who are not lazy, who know where to get files, who likes to install & who doesn't want ms products say for $100 2. newbie edition, full components installed. say for $200
