ok this thing is stupid but i got it on both my intel p4 and atlon xp 2.5+ happens at boot, i'm guessing due to a driver.. or a device..

so it doesn't turn u on i get that error when xp tried to load my usb devices. it hangs after a restart its fine

i didn't go though them all yet i started from the bottom. though didn't try to log off/restart yet. if anyone can spot it i'd be very glad thanks

that's not for auto arrange that's for enabling quick launch!!! where did u get that idea? on its very first line it states that its for quick launch????

ok it opens this obviously "C:\WINDOWS\system32\RUNDLL32.EXE" NVCPL.DLL,LoadNVPanel" @jdeboeck, i think i looked into it but couldn't see anything b4. but now i see some stuff, testing..(actually i removed some stuff from it b4, but i think it needed a restart or logoff, will be backing up(nvid regs) and doing it ps. I don't want it cause i sometimes accidentally click it. also i don't want any extra stuff that i don't use, good enough reason?. I've seen more absurd things ppl want to remove. I think this is normal, its not a function that comes with windows and I don't use it and it bugs me and i don't want it.. errrr......overloaded.....quitting....press here to end...... I'll post the results if anyone's also irritated by it..

hey i dunno why i didn't get a reply notification but this didn't work its not under those. it only appears when right clicked on desktop no where else i removed all of them, didn't make any change... any other ideas?

if u're on trial version of vpc maybe try vmware? i dunno about vpc sorry....

what do u mean time convention? 001 is not going to take 1 min or 1 sec to complete nor 70 will take 70min? its just the order they're supposed to follow.. and I don't understand why ppl all of a sudden deviate from multiples of 5 and go on with 37 47 53?? either go like 1-2-3-4-5- or u know follow a pattern i find it pretty funny to be doing that

do u have something that u can set it up with? i mean some companies put the i386 folder in to the c drive or make another drive (d) and put it over there... if u have that u can setup again but when it prompts u what to do when it says "windows have been found, what shall i do" type of dialog just say repair" btw that "system" file its a 4.75mb file. i'm thinking that file should be unique to your computer. so it might not be on the cd. also maybe u can try go to start menu go to run type sfc /scannow and it should place the files back though as i said i think that file gets created not copied. i'm sure someone else with greater knowledge will reply when they get up

i knew it dang do u have a program for the cab's cause i cannot open them. well actually that'd be so hard to start from scratch. they've too many files. (1 way would be repacker but not for what i'm interested in doing.)

dude that's awesome!! internet cafe's earn so much. i've some friends that work in cafe's they've already grown big. now they serve food and etc. they've games/ fast internet/ dedicated server for some of the games. its an awesome job! (keep the idiots out of the comptuer though, need security and stuff like that) 1 guy from another cafe via "cable net(thats what the providers called)" tried to hack icq or something. now that ip range cannot use icq.! so none of that users under that cable company. they have to use a proxy. i'm sure there are other issues. be carefull!!!

i386\winnt32.exe /noreboot should get those folder's u're looking for run it in windows also copy ntldr boot.ini and other stuff. then copy those files to whichever hdd u want to then it'll be bootable.

there is a package i forgot its name auto update? auto patch? I totally forgot its name. but there is that something u're looking for if not ms do provide something like that..
