Hi there i just installed macromedia flash mx and very interestingly all my cd/dvd rom drives are gone hahah how nice? none of my cdroms work now, not even the virtual ones i tried sfc scan guess what it wants a cd. it asks for the sp2 cd, i have the cd but not any of the files, i had deleted the iso image that i made for it. i've the sp1 and sp2.exe but that'll be too boring.. is there anyway around this? what could have gotten corrupted? cdrom.sys? inf? help ( :cry: --> where is that cry emoticon all the cdroms have exclamation mark in device manager edit: I've started to unpack sp1 iso with winrar. but it'll prompt me to insert the cd. aaaaa annoying!!

De javu? go to the root of your c drive locate the boot.ini (hidden system file) crop out the ones u don't want..

Hi there I need help with swish I have made some nice animations, i put a "on last frame" "on click" open a.html now since that last frame takes about 1 sec no one can press it how do i change the time of that last second or better yet, how do i set the "TEXT" to be clicked at all times in the animation? I've several text's that move and do crazy stuff and they all have to link to other sites. 2. where can i download a trial version of swift3d? their site for some reason don't have a trial, i use to have it a while ago. if anyone's good at swish or swift or anything that's releated and have some time to help me pls find either pm me or find my through chat clients beneath my name.. basically i'm trying to make 7 buttons 1 beneath the other, i want them to loop but, i want users to be able to click each button at any time. now i had made buttons with coffeecup button factory now it needs to be done more flashy this is a stupid web design project i have for tomorrow, pls help asap.

@neophyte r u on broadband? if so and if u don't have to setup any programs or ip or something, or install drivers for your network card auto active should work. as for the effort of going through .dbl file, the wizard pop's up and reminds u, u just have to click 3 buttons to complete the activation... [next][no][next] i believe

SS cd website ? what is that anyways use cdimage. put those files i refered to you, and then use cdshell's boot record to make the iso image. why r u using chshell?

go to your boot.ini in the root of your m ain partition delete the one u don't want about the hal, did u figure it out yet? did u try copying it?

how about installing the inf's seperately? i mean say u have nv4_disp.inf right at some point in the setup install the inf like this rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %PathtoFiles%\nv4_disp.inf u can have it anywhere on the cd and call it, another way of doing it would be with xplode....

if u deleted these REMOVE! Windows Messenger.cmd REMOVE! NetMeeting.cmd and did not even click them, they shouldn't be removed. can u start over again? sorry ...

? what do u want to accomplish? there are 3 different cmd files for 1. netmeeting 2. windows messenger 3. msn explorer Jdeboecks files remove them completely so u won't be able to install them at a later time... please rephrase, or use some translators..?

why do u need barts cdrom loader? and disk emulator? are u making a multi boot cd or something?

heh (remembers the picture...) put the files in the root of the cd which are README.HTM SETUP.EXE spnotes.htm WIN51 WIN51IP win51ip.SP1 if i missed one put that in there as well so put the files that are in the root of the original cd to the root of the new cd....
