  1. If you haven't heard of this band you certainly should check them out. Some of you may remember a band by the name of Circle of Dust. The lead singer went on to create a new band, Celldweller. If you are a Nine Inch Nails, Stabbing Westward, Orgy or Fear Factory fan it would be worth your time to check them out. They sound like a mixture of all those bands, with a completely different sound than you have ever heard. They put on an amazing live show, using special effects and a video screen. All the guys in the band are amazing, playing just about every instrument you can imagine, from keyboard/synth, drums, guitar and a lot more. Many of you probably know me and the website that I have, but recently I have started trying to help out some of the smaller but greater bands by setting up message boards. I currently run a site for Skywind, a band out of Minnesota. I am working on the Celldweller message board as well, modeling it after their website (not an easy task, that's for sure). Please check them out and let me know what you think! http://www.celldweller.com Thanks!
  2. I guess I am spoiled with my 3.0Mbps download speeds I just wish my uploads were a bit more than 128k. It takes too **** long to upload stuff to my site sometimes.
  3. I used to have an animated Matrix background... it did that character trickle down the screen. It was killer, but it really killed my performance. It wasn't really an animated picture, it was a program that ran on the background.

  7. Have you tried using FlashFTP? (maybe it's FXP... oh well, whatever it is I use...) You can browse to it and right click "Edit" and it opens in notpad. You make your changes and close it and it uploads the changes for you.
  8. SKiTLz: That is a question I have often wondered. Not a shell to run an IRC bot or anything like that, just a shell to get in there and work at the interface. Sometimes it's just easier that way.
  9. The corporate 8.1 disk has a packager on it. Use the packager to customize your install.
  10. Flynn: your IP sig says... "Your ISP is: www.85.31" needless to say... that's wrong. just thought you should know.

  14. I was always curious as to what the "H" stood for in HKEY... was it Hot Key? It actually stands for Handle Key. More of a programming term than anything else. It ACTUALLY stands for "Handle to registry KEY" But... you are close.
  15. knewman01: use cmdlines.txt to run your HKEY_CURRENT_USERS keys. This will make the changes to the Default User profile and therefore all profiles. Later! EDIT AaronXP: you beat me to it by a couple seconds...
  16. does anyone know if this works with multiple monitors? (3) Or, if there is another that works with multi monitors? I run into problems with screensaves and different programs that weren't written to work with more than one monitor. It's a pain. mIRC isn't written to work in more than one monitor.. every time you right click on something, if the window is on anything other than your default desktop then the popup pops up on your default monitor. It's a pain. There are many others that do this too... But, I refuse to give up my 3 monitors. I wish I had more!
  17. One of the best... http://www.actionscripts.org Being that Flash uses action scripts to complete just about everything you would ever want to do... Sure, you can create a flash without it, but it's not going to be very robust.
  18. I don't know that I would openly admit to serving "warez" on a public forum... Might want to review the guidelines. Anyways, for the question... I have a 3.0Mbps upload / 384Kbps upload. Indianapolis, IN - USA Insight Communications Cable
  19. blinkdt: if you ever have any questions please let me know. I would be more than happy to help you out. I recently installed Windows XP Recovery Console on a RIS server. I am now moving on to see if I can do it with Bart's PE builder. Wish me luck!
  20. How about a link to a page with the app...
  21. http://www.emaxhosting.com If I might help out here... I host my site with emaxhosting and I am very pleased. www.anythingit.org You certainly get a lot for a little.
  22. I made a HOW TO on IExpress about a month ago. I just transfered it over to my new site and you can check it out here... http://www.anythingit.org/forums/index.php...hp?showforum=12 Later!
  23. Top 3: Stabbing Westward Nine Inch Nails Tool
  24. Take it from me... You will spend much more time on administration of that then if you script a flat image. To each their own, I guess. Glad you figured it out... Later!
