avg 7 is the way 2 go be running avg for 8 yrs tru win95-xp and never a problem .do update right away about 3mb because free only means a year or two

i find MDGx site a little confusion but it is better than ms updates he got everything and fries with that 2 boot.lol. i believe theres a thread on what updates what order 2 follow in here perhap someone could do one at least listed the main ones ie6sp1 dx9 etc etc.

i run xppro sp2 like 70% of the world does.only because im force 2 in order 2 run some apps and games or id be riding the 98se train 4ever.the way i see it if u got a older pc itll run faster on 98se or w2k.

i agree epdude ms wont fix flaws because why fix a os their not making money off of anymore.shamefull because their just get hounded 2 fix it reguardless.

i agree that modern software isnt always best.i built websites not proffessional but their quite nice i use Arachnophilia circa 2000 i use startup cop 1999 other than msn i use older icq etc i run dosbox and many emulators for 9x wgen project 64 etc.if the makers of new software change the installer code so im force to run xp or vista gasp. ill find away to make existing apps run.or use third party apps.as far as firefox goes why change installer why does avg and other still use 9x installer etc .because microsoft doesnt own them yet gasp.the great thing about older apps is no bloat.every new version seem to double in size and yet only adds a few useful new features that most dont need or use take msn messager 7.5 only runs on xp when the only difference from 7.0 was they added a voice clip thinghy noone ever uses.and oh yes link21 my old nemesis must be losing sleep over xeno86 kernel project lol longlive 98se.P.S kudos on running isa cards i got a old dell p2-266 i run sound blaster and lancard on love old 3com lol.

Its great getting updates etc into a exe but without kernel xp project allowing xp apps to work on 98se is most important.

Hi just installed latest beta this weeks built anyhow when i go to site that has a media player(radio)i get no stream where on ie6 theres never been a problem.is there a addon im missing or is this a problem with this built 6.2.29.0?
